I need a prayer. I have committed a grave sin, confessed it, and still don’t feel good about myself. I need help

I need prayer that I can forgive myself. I also need prayer that I don’t give into temptation. I know right from wrong, but in times of pain or stress I can tell myself some pretty good lies and lead myself into temptation. I ask that God please help me to stand for my convictions and to not give into temptation so easily. Especially temptation that I know will leave me feeling remorseful and hating myself.
