Please pray God would heal me, amen, thanks

I have spent years of my life in self reflection and rumination. I have a hard time letting go of the things I have done. Please pray for me that I can forgive myself and be free of this burden, as I have forgiven everyone who has done me wrong, and I try my best to live a good life and help others when I can. Amen.
