I am in a situation where when I look a someone (particularly a woman/child), I get a heartbeat that causes insomnia for 3-4 day cycles (pulling me into lust/impure videos). It seems/feels that everything (everyone?) is a trigger.

I just wanted to share a prayer request for all who are currently struggling with beliefs and are open minded but unsure.
