I’m retired. I have depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, and heart failure. Doctors know this but other people say I don’t look ill. I also have – 1) A huge, unaffordable, almost certainly illegal Council (local) Tax demand 2) Eviction threat unless I declutter in 28 days. I’m a compulsive hoarder.
