    Whether one believes the Bible is truth or fiction it is hard for me to believe that those who read it cannot see that a parable is merely a story to illustrate a point. Old Abe Lincoln was famous for using stories to illustrate his points.

    Ok, now I am courious, Dan56. You have indicated several times on various forum threads that you hate all Muslims. Is this still the case or have you softened and only hate the "bad Muslims?" Not trying to stir things, just looking for clarification.

    Exactly, mark 45. we can agree or disagree without attacking anything or anyone. Do we have the right too? We have the right to the terms of service. Just because these forums do not seem to be moderated these days does not mean we can't be civil and behave.

    As God you are welcome to think, do and be anything including be a Christian in denial of your divinity. Mine is not an evangelical spirituality so it does not matter what another might believe. Magical things happen when one accepts their divine mantle. Have a happy and peaceful life.

    As far as Gnostic Christianity or any other Christianity, who knows? I am not Christian. By the way, I don't think my individual cells believe they are me just as you do not believe you are God.

    This is what I like here on the forum. We all get to feel persecuted and offended regardless of our religious beliefs or lack there of.

    I cannot believe that in all the universe we are the only intelligent life forms. At the same time, why should we believe that aliens would be any more advanced than we are? I have a picture in my head of an alien unit inside a shelter if some sort, gathered around an entertainment source, taking in nutritious substances and worrying how their offspring will turn out and if they will have enough resources to survive when the grow old. I think of other dimensions as being the paths we didn't take when we make our choices and decisions in life. That would make other dimensions limitless in number and a woven fabric of possibilities. I do not believe in a physical heaven or hell.
