I am not a card carrying member, but the American Democratic Socialist's doctrines and platform most closely conforms to my Utopian ideals. Basically, I desire to live in a society that is based on compassion, empathy, and respect, and where a community of workers contributes, controls, and benefits from the production and distribution of all products and services.

I was only expanding on my original brief response in reply to your apparent request for elucidation, and had no intent to be argumentative but explanatory.

Yeh, me too, Bro.

I think it's interesting that the site places all of the presidential candidates, including President Obama, very close together, right of center economically and high on the "Authoritarian" scale.
