  1. Let me repeat hat is the point of your question. You said I missed the point, so I ask you what is the point?
  2. I am already imagining Dorian Grey on the Norton, old style, on the army base:
  3. OK I bite: what is the point of your question?
  4. I am waiting for Happy's punch line, how about: "See, that's why having a firearm is a good thing". ?
  5. I agree with that. Furthermore I think many lower class folks have the paradoxical stance of wanting to cut benefits for the poor and giving breaks to the rich to support the illusion they will be wealthy in the future and to disassociate themselves with being on the poor side of society. I envision the paradoxical tea party grocery store shelf stocker without health insurance demonstrating against the "rights" taken from people by Obama's health care plan.
  6. I forgot to add: "Mommy don't you think I am a real man now with all those guns?"
  7. I think libertarianism in a nutshell is: "Mommy they won't let me play with my gun and they want me to pay taxes" "Mommy I don't want to pay, I am gonna cry" "Mommy I want my gun, I am scared, I am gonna cry harder" "Mommy I am scared I want a big fence around my house and lots of guns" "Mommy, please stop them from letting me pay" "Cry....cry....cry"
  8. While some in this country rather see it going back to Victorian level morality China is getting more and more sexually liberated. Perhaps a sign why they are on the rise and we are in decay? How about a car wash with a difference? http://news.163.com/photoview/00AP0001/23271.html#p=80VIGC3Q00AP0001
  9. The longer I am on this forum the less I am surprised by the 'creative' ideas from some of our more conservative members, Forced birth control, removing voting rights from welfare recipients, seeing racial or sexual discrimination as some great freedom thing, scary firearms adoration, hate toward those who are at the bottom of society, I could go on and on.
  10. Could you provide some references for that proposition?
  11. What is the problem? Do you prefer women dress like this:
  12. What was your stance about population control again?
  13. I tried dog several times in China. In the north there are quite a few Korean restaurants and they serve dog as a specialty. It is not bad but I certainly would not want it all the time.
  14. Of would one let a four year old child die by refusing to take advantage of medicare. I suspect that some members here indeed would feel proud.
  15. Anyone here tried to wrap his head around classical Chinese? Old Nick?
  16. One million? Really now one million is not that much money. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and one million gets you a nice home nothing more nothing less. At any rate assuming one has other assets as well I would advice to write naked far out of the money SP500 puts, easy money! Because if the stock market really collapse you can bet your money the government and the federal reserve are going to boost it again. And if not, then hell breaks lose anyway so having money is not going to save you.
  17. With a little reworking you can make a nice haiku out of this one.

  19. No need for sorry, I do not think you were negative at me (or others) and besides after that statement you gave a bunch of good feedback in the same fashion. I just found it appropriate to comment on an often observed phenomenon when if someone asks for feedback on the internet mostly he or she will get nothing more than "Great", "Best I have ever seen", e.g. pats on the back instead of constructive criticism. { And of course sometimes we all can use a pat on the back }
  20. Since I am one of those who "picked" I must reply. When someone asks for feedback on what they made I assume they want honest feedback, and I try my best to give them my opinion about it. They are free to accept the feedback or not. But I call this process helping. However perhaps they do not want honest feedback but simply a pat on the back: "Great! Wonderful! Best I have ever seen! Don't chance anything!". Surely a lot of "nicety niceys" and feel good stuff, but how is that constructive?
  21. The words are archaic, Billy Brag made a more contemporary version (but he still copyrighted his new version):
