Hardly. I am thinking of taking another 10 days in Norfolk, CA For second timers it is a bit harder, no food after lunch because meditating with a full stomach is not a good idea.

According to Wikipedia: In 2006, in the Florida case Frazier v. Alexandre, 434 F.Supp.2d 1350 (S.D. Fla. May 31, 2006), a federal district court in Florida ruled that a 1942 state law requiring students to stand and recite the Pledge of Allegiance violates the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution.[28] As a result of that decision, a Florida school district was ordered to pay $32,500 to a student who chose not to say the pledge and was ridiculed and called "unpatriotic" by a teacher.[29]

What are you talking about, I try to make sense of what you write but I fail to succeed. Almost all schools recite the pledge daily including "under God". And what are these religious leaders you are talking about?

He probably meant to say the first one which is the original.

Oh, my mistake, that should be "United States of America".

Hmm, I was trying to find some contemporary song about Oslo or Norway in general. Can't seem to find one.... But I do like Terje Rypdal. Come to think of it my avatar can easily be placed somewhere in the ECM catalog. Here goes Rypdal in (yes in) Romsdalshorn. Chill Brothers..... And this is one of my favorites: -

Hmm, talking about Norway: Olso, usually such a clean, peaceful and quiet city..... except for today: -
Ouch, I just hit my forehead on a board saying "Sarcasm". Gotta look where I am walking.

What is wrong with this? I pledge allegiance to the flag (of the United States of America), and to the republic for which it stands, one nation indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Why this? I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. But then again why not just this? I pledge allegiance to the United States of American, one nation indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Opinions?

Wow, I suppose it is never too late. How interesting I find it that the continuous change in borders in Europe never really influenced Norway, which throughout the centuries, has remained very stable. And I heard it is a beautiful country with the beautiful fjords. Scandinavia wise I did make it to Sweden and Denmark but never Norway. -
Vipassana, an ancient Buddhist meditation technique. Does anyone have experience with it? If you do what do you like about it or do you dislike it? Personally I have taken a Vipassana 10 day free course as taught by Goenka and I certainly liked it. http://www.dhamma.org/

Many people are currently in great need, not in the least due to the asocial trend of cutting benefits for people at the bottom of society while at the same time increasing taxes for millionaires is considered wrong. However I believe a forum is not the place for solicitation. -

Well how about that, praise the Lord, praise the Lord....... Popular televangelist Benny Hinn has officially announced that he and his former wife are on the path to reconciliation after the couple decided two years ago to end their 30-year marriage. Call me cynical but I would not be surprised their reconciliation is fake and only for business as I am sure his ministry suffered financially due to the divorce. Now they can go around the country showing off their "reconciliation" and, more importantly, collect even more money from fools who believe they can buy themselves into God's favor. http://global.christ...ith-wife-75733/ -
Your words: I believe in universal purity, not just "White" purity, but purity of all races. Blends belong to neither culture as their parents. They belong to their own culture, a culture that has no history or continuity. http://ulc.net/forum/index.php/topic/123241-interracial-marriages-what-is-your-stance/page__st__75#entry717975

My understanding is that he beliefs in racial purity, perhaps he thinks that all the genetic diseases are due to racial mixing.

Of course we know. I suggest you start with http://en.wikipedia..../Thermal_energy And then if you want to calculate it start with: http://en.wikipedia....peyron_equation

Good, since 30,000 years is a lot more than 6000 years we can even safely use Carbon-14 methods to exclude the suggestion that the Earth is only 6000 years old.

Science is based on faith? I never fail to be amazed by the lack of Vernunft that some express on this forum. I suppose the only exception is this "scientific" instrument: The Mark Super VII Quantum E-meter:

I agree with that, after all science does not deal with the realm of fiction.
