it is a japanese anime cartoon done as a live movie. Cutie Honey is a android made to look like the professors daughter who was killed in a auto wreck many years ago. he missed her so much he made her to look just like his dead daughter. a family friend added other stuff to her but was killed after he got her done. so, she is advenging her family and friends. she has some of the late daughters memorys too. and you thought the americans were wierd?
