The Universal Life Church does not assign numbers to ministers.
Universal Life Church ordained ministers are Human Beings who provide services for important life matters to other Human Beings in need. Certain belief systems reject the idea of a number system, in that; associating the type of work we do with a personal serial number is dehumanizing.
If you encounter a legal form which asks for your ordination number or minister number, you can simply write “N/A” or “none.”
Over several decades, we have had no reports of problems or issues for entering either of the above, but if you feel you must use a number for some reason, you can use your social security number or some type of government issued identification number if you wish.
