  1. The politics of faith. Why can we not go back to the apostles who never attended seminary yet wrote the New Testament? I can understand the Corporate Church not recognizing ones baptism by a believer but God accepts such baptisms because all who believe and strive to keep His Commandments is a priest of God.
  2. Well I for one have no problem believing it hook line and sinker LOL.
  3. My life has been a roller coaster ride in many areas but yes I do find happiness and contentment in many areas of my life even when things seem impossibly bad.
  4. 95% on a regular basis

  5. I miss yall as well, I am doing fine but I cant get online very often. I am getting better everyone says my progress is great, it has been a little over 4months and my progress is like I have been recovering for a year. I guess I am just stuborn.

  6. Science is only theories while religion is faith. Scientific thearies are mistakenly called fact and then they learn more and they become obsolete while the Bible and Christianity remains the same just opinions change. I beleive the Bible and Christianity will be prove true while science will once again change.
  7. This is awesome, yesterday I hike half way up a mountain and it felt great. Last night my arm got cold, it is usually cold on its own but I cant feel it but this time I did. I found I have more control of it and it no longer feels numb inside. Praise the Lord. Fawzo thank you, you are truly a compassinate freind. I love you all, Robin Caudle
  8. I thank you all once agian. I slowly gained more control of my hand an am gaining feeling were I dont have none. I have feeling on the exteria but have little or none in the muscles. I am currently typeing with the aide of my right hand an it is slowly getting better. Fawzo this has effected my understand but it is not as you would like freind. I have become even more attached to the Bible and the Holy Spirit. I pray that some day you could see it as I do but you have not had the exspreience I have to confirm and strengthen my faith. I love you all; Robin Caudle
  9. I thank you all and pray I will be back soon.
  10. Are you serious? Your serious arent you? You really have no understanding the scriptures or history do you? Oh well just another person who believes lies and condemns truth, have fun.
  11. I thank you, I was just wondering because of a couple who came into my wifes office and was asking questions about one of us performing weddings. We hadnt even really thought about providing the service before and were just curious.
  12. OK I have my ordination here with the ULC, my wife is a Notary, we would like to know how we would go about advertising and performing wedding serimonies. Do we have to be registered in our area? Do we charge? If so what do we charge? What legal hoops do we need to jump thru?
  13. LO, you seem to be equating the hypocrites with the true followers. A true follower of Christ will admitt that they sin because it is an excellent witness that we are not perfect only Christ is perfect. Attacking what you not understand or what you perceive as being presented falsely is giving into the world view or drinking the poisoned koolade as you so elequently shared. Facing the truth can open the door to a love most people do not even realize is out there. I wish you well and only ask that you not judge us all based on a few because none of us are perfect.
  14. So you cannot hold onto a happy thought? Maybe you need to work with those who are in even more dire situations than yourself. I feel for you, I do not know all your details, and they are not my business, but I hope you can find something that trully makes you happy. Many of us have lost alot. I cannot say everything because in my situation I still have my wife and kids. But we have lost businesses, homes, vehicles, family members. I can understand that others have been thru worse, and that does give me comfort in the sence that I havent hit rock bottom. I look forward to leaving this world, but I want to stay with my wife and kids. I know that eternity will be better for me because of my beliefs, but I also know the pain it will cause back here for my family if I were to go. But there is so much more out there that may be even better than what you lost or at least be a good substitute. I still believe you would be an ideal candidate for helping others in worse situations than yourself. To see love in even worse situations, to see hope and to find the true heart of this world that has been hidden by the world. I lost my father to alcoholism at age 56. That same year we had 911, my grandfather died, I sold a failing business, and my wife got pregnant with our fourth child. The reality to me was that all things happen for a reason, I just could not find that reason, but I believe it was right in front of my face all along and I was feel sorry for myself rather than doing for others. But you can change the world, maybe not for the way you want it, but all it takes is one person to start a change. You are more powerful than you think, random acts of kindness may be fleeting but they do bring happiness to others as well as yourself. Sounds like you do have someone who counts on you or who would be hurt by your loss. Maybe this should be more of your focus. If you are willing to share as you have, your heart still has a spark, you just need to find it and nurture it. I still believe you need to reach out to those less fortunate, it can be heartwarming and enlightening. I am sorry if I have imposed on your conversation, but by reading many of your posts I know there is much more to you and for you than you may believe at such a dire time. If you dont mind, I will keep you in my prayers.
  15. I havent and dont approach you, if you say something I either agree with or dont agree with, I respond. Clumping us all in the same group is wrong for so many reasons. I dont wear special underwear like the Mormons and I dont believe in their book of Mormon. I dont go door to door or approach someone on the street. I have been known to preach in public, but it is your choice to listen or leave. Those I have talked to about the word person to person, are usually those who have asked me first. If not and we are having a conversation I ask them if I can ask them a few questions. i do not seek any notches in my Bible Belt, any notches belong to God.
  16. Thanks alot Fawzo. LO, as I said normal evangelicals wouldnt bother you at your home unless you visited their church or an event and left your information. As for on the street, well that is open territory and all you have to say is no. As for Mormons, we have alot of them around here but they have learned to avoid my house.
  17. Wasnt there someone around here doing this same type of rambling about the spagetti monster a few years ago? So who was LO, the JWs or the Mormons? Because the Baptist would only visit if you have visited their church or an event they held and you left information with them.
  18. I was 2, I remember a dinosaur toy set I got for Christmas and remember that Christmas as well my dog. I also have fond memories of playing with my grandfathers CB sets and not being able to walk yet, so my memories could go back a little further but I will stick with 2.
