Dear Holy Father,
This week is a test. This week could be one of peace. We both need a break. But not a separation.
I cannot speak for him, only to give him the rest and the clarity that he needs. You have shown me that I am on his mind. That will have to be enough for me. I cannot ask you to make a man do something that he does not want to do.
I ask of you, Holy Father, my Father, as your daughter, to guide me to the right choices, to the right priorities, to give me strength, to help me be better, and improve myself as much as I can, even if it is only a week and some change. To not make him the focus, but to make you the focus, so you can help me see myself, and not him.
I love you Lord God, and your only son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit, your intercessor, and the Mother Mary, who gives peace.
Please have mercy on my soul.
