What is the return policy for the ULC store?

We will replace any eligible item which is defective. If the fault was ours, we will replace it without charge.

Non-personalized items may be refunded within 30 days. Eligible items must be in new condition for a full refund.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund. Thank you for understanding:

  • Personalized items are not eligible.
  • Shirts and apparel items are not eligible.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

If an item was due to an error on your end (typo, etc.), we must ask that you pay for shipping and handling for the replacement.
