Congratulations in advance if you have completed a course!
Diplomas are recorded and issued at the beginning of each month. With transit and delivery time in mind, students in the US can expect their diploma to be delivered in the second or third week of the month. (If you submitted during the first week and did not make the cutoff, you can expect to receive your diploma on the next month.)
If you received an email that said your file was submitted, it is in the queue to be reviewed and recorded by our Board of Directors to issue the document.
Please note; the diploma certificates will often have special watermarks and inks in the paper itself to distinguish their authenticity. Those custom papers as well as our official raised seals will sometimes go out of stock. In those cases, it will cause a short delay while we wait for new stock to arrive. On the rare occasion that happens, it can take 1-2 weeks longer for the course completion certificate to arrive.
