Songster Posted October 20, 2016 Report Share Posted October 20, 2016 (edited) I was going to order a "Starter Pack" (with the certificate, wallet card, and a couple other items) from the Modesto head-quarters, but when I clicked on the item I was informed that the item I desired was "not in stock in the quantity indicated".
