And, you see exactly why that is the case---and stated it quite well. Every human being on earth will have a different (greatly or slightly) POV than every other human being. That's because we all have our individual experiences. So the Oneness has nothing to do with our varying opinions that make up our individual belief systems. There are many factors that contribute to all those individual vantage points. Some of them are: culture, religion, education, field of study, trauma, social consensus reality, language, religious indictrination, spiritual experiences, etc. etc. etc. That's why, in order to see our Oneness in the All-Parent we have to transcend all those items and experience Pure Being. Religion is often the biggest hinderance to that instead of a help because it keeps us focused into a linear conundrum trying to make sense out of all the pieces when we are only familiar with the few pieces we have personally experienced. The way we process information is the same but the information coming into our biological senses from the surrounding intelligent energy field is not interpreted in the same way due to all those factors. So, if we can dive deeper than all those items, we move toward our Source and, of course, that is what meditation is about. When we move in that direction, we discover that we are ONE and totally interconnected with All-That-Is and every life-form in the entire Universe. This brings a heart of compassion. And, of course that's what the Compassionate Buddha and the Loving Christ is all about. Indeed, They and We are ONE as we are with every other being int he entire Creation which is only ONE THING. The Roman Fathers themselves admitted it in their own writings and the comparison with the earliest Aramaic text, which preceded the Greek texts by a few hundred years, proves it. And, yes, anything under the auspice of Roman Empire was a political agenda including the State Religion which became Christ-ianity under Constantine. OK Dan, reconcile this with the other Lection: Lection 33 By The Shedding Of Blood Of Others Is No Remission Of Sins. my note: [There is no scapegoat removal of my individual sins, I have to repent and prove it by amendment] 1. IESUS was teaching his disciples in the outer court of the Temple and one of them said unto him: Master, it is said by the priests that without shedding of blood there is no remission. Can then the blood offering of the law take away sin? 2. And Iesus answered: No blood offering, of beast or bird, or man, can take away sin, for how can the conscience be purged from sin by the shedding of innocent blood? Nay, it will increase the condemnation. 3. The priests indeed receive such offering as a reconciliation of the worshippers for the trespasses against the law of Moses, but for sins against the Law of God there can be no remission, save by repentance and amendment. Now, reconcile this with the other scripture from later on in the same Aramaic work which is the prototype gospel. So, Christ's work on the cross was not for my individual sins but specifically for the redemption of the world from the "sin against love" with its dysfunctional past soaked in blood---a matter of transformation for the entire world from its present ignorant state of collective consciousness which is best summed up as the "sin against love."---a matter of the overall collectve consciousness. He speaks here of the coming Kingdom of God upon the earth---a transformed civilization recognizing the All-Parent our Source and thus the loving interconnectivity of all beings with open loving hearts and total respect for the entire web of life including all animals and Mother Nature. Not Divine Heavenly perfection yet, just sanity and the opportunity to grow instead of perish in total dysfunction---which is the present state of affairs. My cousin is a Baptist Sunday School Teacher of many years. He once told me that all his sins past, present and future were already forgiven because of the blood of Jesus. That is, he no longer had to do anything because Jesus paid it all through his blood sacrifice. Jesus took all sins upon himself and evaporated them regardless of any action from him. He expected that he would sin in the future but it didn't matter because he was already forgiven forever through Jesus' work on the cross. Nope. This, in my view, is one of the misconceptions furthered by the many distortions in our present Bible, although I still have no idea how my dear cousin arrived at that absurd supposition. It only goes to show that people tend to follow any idea that keeps them from assuming personal responsibility for their own actions. Of course one of the biggest division in Christ-ianity is the squabble between those who say they are "saved" forever once and for all (Baptists) and those who are "saved" today and "lost" tomorrow (Pentecostals, Catholics and Methodists) Also, if we do not self-correct our own behavior thinking that some "savior" did that for us, we never learn responsibility for our own creations. We are creative beings made in the image and likeness of Almighty God our Creator. We can be co-creators with our All-Parent or we can create a living hell for ourselves. Our choice. Jesis in no way "saves" us from the necessity of taking personal responsibility for our own actions. He didn't eliminate our need for ammendment by becoming some kind of a "scape-goat." And that's why the original gospel made this distinction and why it was later taken out to further the Roman Control Paradigm over the bodies, minds and souls of men---a system of error whose fruit is now fully visible to all--or should be, if anyone is paying attention. The Romans wanted an obedient herd completely subservient to them at all times--- and that's why the many didactions of inconvienient scripture for their personal Roman agenda and hierarchy of clergy-laity. And this situation set the tone for the Roman religion of Christ-ianity which persists to this day among both Catholics and Protestants. Lection 33 and Lection 87 are not contradictory. Just contemplate on both of these a bit and you will understand this in a way that todays "ianity" is unable to because of the complete elimination of Lection 33 in the Greek versions by the doctrinal "adjustments" and the original wording in Lection 87 which is also distorted in the Greek version by the hired "correctors." leaving out "the sin against love" altogether and simply saying "sins." "The sin against love" is what our present dysfunctional earth civilization is all about. And, each and every one of us contribute to it by participating daily. We support it every time we pay our taxes or pick up our pay check. Presently, our world is a prison planet and we are immersed in the Mammon (money) of unrighteousness. But "you shall know the Truth and the Truth shall make you free." That Truth has been greatly obfuscated and hidden and the religious control paradigm in league with politics is greatly responsible for that. Today, the Roman Empire is still very much alive and in control. Only the names have been changed to deceive the innocent. Revelation is just the scales falling off our eyes and it is already occurring world-wide. It will take a huge change in our planetary consciousness to love instead of fear. And that is exactly what Yeshua spiritually did for us on the cross---and no one can understand the "how" except that it is not because he became a bleeding scapegoat for our individual sins---we are responsible to properly deal with our own mistakes---otherwise we learn nothing and make no upward progress. But in some mysterious way, he made such a transformation possible for the whole world by opening the multidimensional portal of unconditional love. So, what did Yeshua say on the cross regarding those who crucified him and mocked him? He did not say, "Father forgive them for their sins." No, he did not. He said, "Father forgive them for they know not what they do." Our big problem is not our "sins" (GK=hamartia=missing the mark=mistakes) ---we must repent and make ammendment for those in order to not have an adverse relationship with God's Law of Cause and Effect--- but our main problem is our ignorance of who and what we are and lack of awareness of the interconnectivity of all life in the All-Parent---the One Source of All-That-is-- was-- or ever shall be. This is the message of the original gospel of Yeshua the Christ. And lack of that message in today's "ianity" is why the devisive squabbling over jots and tittles and "lost/saved" continues unabated----a huge man-manufactured distraction that ignores Yeshua's Divine teaching about his work, reincarnation, respect for the entire web of life and our innate ONENESS in our All-Parent---which we know very little about thanks to centuries of Roman "ianity." But, even though so much of this religiousity was done with evil intentions, in the long run it only served to make us more appreciate the reality when it finally dawns upon our blind eyes and we learn to love others unconditionally even as we are loved by Almighty God. namaste

Perhaps you assume "Christian" and "Christ-ianity" are one and the same? They are not. Just as "spirituality" and "religion" are not one and the same. "Christian" means to follow Christ--the annointing of Almighty God. "Christ-ianity" means to follow Roman indoctrination in the name of Jesus. This is the definition of it I understand and makes sense to me. Not the usual definition, granted which sees no distinction between the "ianity" of Rome and the Love of Jesus. There have been many followers of Christ over the centuries who were un-involved in Christ-ianity and all its divisions, false doctrines and dogmas sold as inerrant absolute Truth. Of course, I understand the argument that "God is perfectly able to protect his Word." Yes... and indeed God has protected his word.... but not in Christ-ianity but in the followers of the genuine Christ throughout the ages. In my view, the Word of God is far more than anything written down on a page. It is a heart matter not a Scholarly one nor a divisive one nor an inerrant one for the reasons I outlined in my post above. I refused to call myself a Christian for many years simply because I will have nothing whatsoever to do with the "ianity." The "Church" are the ones who are "called out" and the "ianity" is a large part of what the believers in Christ are called out from, since it in no way represents the genuine son-of-man. Neither does politics. Neither does the world system of error. Neither does militarism. Neither does blood sacrifice. Neither does any hierarchy of so-called 'religious" control. That's just my strong opinion Dan, of course. And I find that many others whom I greatly respect and admire have discovered the same thing. But, since the programming of the "ianity" is so powerfully strong, few are able to be set free from it. And yes, just like the world system of error, it becomes another bondage. However, there is always hope. All a person has to do is finally trace back where their belief system originated and WHO gave it to them. Any religion based upon arrogance and threats and twisted doctrines is a bye bye for me. And I have spent many many years digging and seeking. Is it all accurate? Probably not. However, I have/am giving it my very best and am totally willing to share with anyone what little I have learned. IF and only IF they care to hear. The pushiness of so-called "evangelical" Christ-ianity that constantly uses the same old Roman techniques of threats, pious absolutisms and obedience to man-made hierarchy, is a huge red-flag for a person such as myself that knows beyond a doubt that it is the "Truth" that sets me free, not threats and pious platitudes nor control and over the minds and souls of men. Such "control" is just the opposite of the freedom Christ brings. Ask yourself this. If the Roman doctrines and dogmas that make up your Bible of today were true.... why did they need to stamp out all other ideas by murdering people? Does that serve the Truth in anyway whatsoever? NO. But is does serve a political agenda of control. That should tell you something right there. And, if you doubt that was the case, you'd better find out more about it because just as the earth is not flat but a globe, there is much cooberating evidence. The Truth needs no military enforcement and in fact if military enforcement is there... the Truth is not there. It should be obvious if you know the gentle Jesus and his teaching and even more obvious if you know and listen to Almighty God speaking deep within the core of your heart of hearts. Of course the teaching you know is what Rome gave you---the "ianity." For many years that is the only teaching I had also. Well, that is not the whole story. Rome did not become Christ-ianity until centuries after the advent and their agendas are very well documented. I can say that because I myself was once a member of the Roman Catholic Church and also the Protestant Church before that-----which has the same original error of the "ianity." Just compare a King James Bible somtime with a Douey Reams Bible. THEY ARE ALMOST IDENTICAL except for the extra book in the Douey Reams. That is because both came from the same source---the Greek scriptures manipulated by the Holy Roman Fathers. The original Aramaic gospel (written in Yeshua's own tongue) predated those and was indeed the very archetype that those Holy Roman Fathers used as a basis for their new Romanized State Religion which was didacted and highly edited by hired "correctors." The "correctors" were commissioned to make it "fit" with the Roman agenda to which the Holy Roman Fathers were obligated. Then they set out to destroy all the evidence that said otherwise. And they almost, but not quite, succeeded. And so, today you have Christ-ianity. Little of Christ and much ianity. That's exactly why today's Christians are so divided up into sects, denominations and cults, all insisting they are "right" and the others are either "wrong" or fall short of their particular sectarian revelation of whichever flavor it may be. Read John 17. And I suggest you spend some time contemplating it with new ears. This sectarianism is directly the opposite of Jesus' prayer to the Father. "Judge the tree by the fruit it bears." Now.... don't you believe that Almighty God answers Jesus' prayer? Oh yes he does. And it is not in any divisive "ianity." So now, many of the divisions have realize that and try to become ONE through Ecumenicalism. Yet they retain the very thing that divided them up in the first place, the Roman doctrines and dogmas and human absolutisms---- so all Ecumenicalism is totally in vain. It is like trying to put a band-aide on a sucking chest wound. The patient still dies. Swimming against a strong rip-tide is exhausting and frustrating but when you see that the fruit of the popular rip-tide not only violates your inner spiritual connection but eventually enslaves and murders you, one gets very determined to swim harder with the Spirit's full support. I appreciate your belief system and understand it because I have been there myself. So, if you want to, just label me a "heretic" back-slider. That's okay. Many in the "iantiy" have already. I will be in very good company indeed. And actually, Dan, Immanuel does not mean "God with us." It means "God WITHIN us." And there is NO blood sacrifice that will wash away your sins, neither animal nor human nor Divine. Sin is only overcome with repentance and a new direction. Otherwise you learn nothing. And that is the original teaching of the son-of-man. This is my belief system and is not based upon speculation nor my own opinions. Nor is it based upon any Spiritual Writing, although the original gospel----written down before the Holy Fathers enforced their doctrines and dogmas with the "ianity"---is very clear indeed about those points. However, I had already worked through many of those things before I ever found out that such an original gospel existed. Yes, God protects his Holy Word in spite of anything Rome could do with their many pogroms and bonfires while insulting the name of Jesus Christ. So, it all depends upon how much you or I are willing to seek with ALL our heart, mind and soul and how much we wish to cling to what the Roman Holy Fathers foisted upon the world in their adversarial darkness. As for me, I choose to follow Yeshua's original teaching which includes reincarnation, veganism, and NO blood sacrifice. He came to END all blood sacrifices but was twisted by a man-made agenda into a blood sacrifice by those who virulently oppose him for the sake of poisonous world consumption. What world? Our present dysfunctional system of error that is about to perish utterly by its own suicidal behavior. However, the genuine Kingdom of Almighty God is about to be manifested right here ON THE EARTH, just as God said it would. Peace on earth and to all creatures will be----once the long time control paradigm is exposed for what it has been all along (for thousands of years.) It can only exist in darkness. Once the light of Revelation shines upon it, it is finished. But first, the seals of the blinders upon our own eyes must be removed. That "AHA!" is the Truth that sets men free, unless of course they choose to hang on to the familiar as it completely vaporizes. So be it. We are all destined to make a choice. I choose Christ over the Christ-ianity that insultingly goes by his Holy Name under the disguise of Spiritual Authority, inerrancy and blackmail. Many may be upset because I am so outspoken but it certainly needs to be said---and Yeshua himself says it far better and with more conviction. Actually, in my opinion, if one takes this scripture while understanding what "God-breathed" and "useful for..." means, I fully agree with 2 Timothy 3:16. It is not "Holy Sanctification" that insists any Book is "inerrant." Nope. Now, we well know, or should know, the manipulations of the original Aramaic document by a certain group of religionists with a political agenda. Was that manipulation "God-breathed?" They thought so because they viewed THEMSELVES as the CARETAKERS of all Almighty God's breathing---as absurd as that sounds. They actually believed that whatever they came up with had to be "God-breathed" because they were deluded into thinking THEY THEMSELVES WERE INERRANT simply because they were some self-styled "spiritual successors" to the Apostles---who were long dead by that time. "God-breathed" is exactly that and God's breathing never ceases not is it any respector of persons. One either synchronizes themselves with it, or not. Our choice. But who allows God to unobstructedly breathe through in order get it down on paper? Is that persons' interpretation of what God is breathing through them accurate? Or could there possibly be a HUGE SELF-EGO involved? So, even though "all scripture is God-breathed" through human outlets, the human outlets are often a MIXTURE. An outlet that is more (or less) unobstructed by mental analysis, imagination, supposition, prejudice, self- image, politics, desires, lusts, cultural beliefs, opinions and social consensus realities, etc. However in the case of the Bible as it exists today, there was conscious purposeful manipulation of the "God-breathed" scriptures they were busy altering in order to conform with the man-made religion they were manufacturing. Is that "God-breathed?" Hardly. That's human intervention---not "Divine" by any means.. So, was the original good-newsl "God-Breathed?" To the best ability of the human outlets it was. However, it had to be interpreted into human thought, language and form to get it down onto a page----so, it all depends upon the purity of the "channel" through which it came. That's why they practiced veganism and celibacy---to align themselves with their inner Source and become a healer. That's why they fasted and prayed and meditated and were given to much contemplation They willingly gave up themselves for the highest possible good of all. They PUT ASIDE their ego-self to become the clearest, purist and most focused "outlet" of the Speaking within that they could----knowing full well they still had limitations. Not only did they do that but they acquired clear cognitive minds to mentally understand the parables spoken by the son-of-man with enlightened understanding up to the edge of their well self- recognized LIMITATIONS. Unlike the Holy Roman Fathers, they were humble rather than arrogant. So, this was no "hobby" but a full-time endeavor with them and WITH NO SALARY as in the case of the Roman Holy Fathers who were financially supported by the Roman Empire and thus had a State Sponsor with certain.... uh.... requirements? (hmmmm..... sounds liike the politicians of today fully owned by a hidden agenda---or at least an agenda they would rather keep hidden lest they be invited to a necktie party.) You simply "cannot serve God and Mammon." The two simply do not mix. The exposure of the manipulated Bible of today is proof of that. Now, does that mean the original was totally inerrant? No no no. It only means there was geniune seeking going on instead of puffed-up egos with their own militaristic politics. "Judge the tree by the fruit it bears." Today, this is still a good measure to get down to the truth. Just take a look at the "fruit" of the institutionalized error of the "ianity" that started back then. Division upon division. Just look at it. That tells you clearly the quality of the tree it came from in the first place---the vile immorality of Priestcraft. Now look, I am being rather harsh so far without mentioning the fact that through all that vile corruption there were always popping up some enlightened individuals who, although they may have wanted to preserve their lives by staying "low profile," saw through the fraudulent hoax. St. John of the Cross was one of those. He wrote a great work entitled, "Ascending Mt. Carmel." A very esoteric work that requires some deep sea diving to find the jewel. St Theresa of Avila was his good friend. And, there have been many like them throughout history, but they were always overshadowed by the popular institutionalized error foisted originally upon the masses. <==no pun intended. Heretics were strongly invited to their own barbeque. And "heretic" meant ANYONE who dared to have a different thought and make it known. If you do not believe that is true, read the well-known indisputable history of it. So, that's why the "esoteric" became.... "secret" and obscured by layers of mental conundrums and vails---life insurance. Occult means "hidden." But actually "hidden for a good reason." However, nothing is "hidden" from enlightened eyes interfacing with their Prime Source. Yeshua even used this technique by speaking in parables which only his inner circle of disciples could readily discern. "And without a parable spoke he not." However, those highly layered parables were given to all openly. Those who were able put aside their ego-selves could indeed understand them, not just his inner circle of disciples. However the Roman secret "intelligence agents" in the crowd didn't have a clue. They finally had to get him by accusing him of making himself "equal with God." hahahaha. Even though he only pointed to our All-Parent continually. Such was the politics of ancient Palestine. Nothing has changed much since then, it seems... but.... it is about to not only "change" but face rather harsh Divine Judgement (which is just the rebounding effect they themselves created unknowingly, not understanding the Law of Cause and Effect), as every "secret" is shouted from the roof tops and the Control Paradigm over the bodies, minds and souls of men.... ends forever. And.... its really going to piss some folks off. But, once they work through their anguished tantrums of furious anger for having been so easily duped, indluding the controllers themselves, they will know it was all for the best, even if their highly entrenched and petrified belief systems are the loosers. You are right Hooka. Even an agnostic such as yourself can see the difference between "spirituality" and "religion." "But while spirituality is a personal thing, religion is an institution....." Yep. A man-made institution. And that is exactly why you have 3000 divisions (at last count) in the "ianity" who do nothing but squbble amongst themselves. Even the Bible as we have it here in 2010 is a man-made item. Because, simply, those who have the guts to actually find out where it came from and how it evolved know that perfectly well. For example, there was an earlier work written in the native tongue of the one who called himself "the son-of-man" which includes 1) reincarnation, 2) Veganism, 3) Jesus as being born of Mary AND Joseph in the normal way, 4) care and respect for the animals, 5) disdain for animal and human sacrifices, 6) contradiction to the doctrine that Jesus' "blood" washes away sins or ANY spilt blood washes away sins. All these things were edited out of the Greek testaments of today which came directly from the Catholic Church several hundred years after the advent. It was a huge compromise because all the items listed above were NOT convenient to the Roman Empire of totalitarianism. So, those who insist that the written Bible they idolize today is inerrant are completely wrong. All they have to do, which they refuse to do lest they come to realize their belief system is based upon lies and deception, is simply read those Holy Roman Fathers who openly declared that THEY THEMSELVES were inerrant and what ever they decided to invent was directly from Almighty God and not to be questioned. However, few have the courage to question the authoritarianiism of their religious programming---lest they burn in hell. And of course, that was built into the program to prevent..... questioning that might uncover the truth. It actually worked quite well, with the exception of a few cases. In fact, NO holy work written by the hand of man (as all of them are) is inerrant. In the case of the Bible, the changes made were not mistakes but consciousess manipulations. The early Holy Fathers even hired who they refered to as "CORRECTORS" to adjust this original Aramaic work to conform to the doctrines and dogmas they were creating as the STATE religion. In addition they used murder, inquisition, torture, imprisonment and one progom after another to wipe out any other thought other than the viral thought meme they were creating in order to exercise control over the bodies, minds and souls of men. Yet..... I forgive them totally because I have learned that such opposition to the truth only makes a person, who is a true seeker, DIVE DEEPER into their own Spirituality in order to resonante with the truth of the of their inner Source. However, most people will not seek but just accept the propaganda they are told by those claiming to be "spiritual authority figures." I do not blame them for that because I too was right there. And, of course, this is not only true of the "ianity" but of other man-made doctrines and dogmas as well from all religions. So, my belief systems includes 1) reincarnation, 2) Veganism, 3) no blood saqcrifices etc. Not because someone told me the opposite but because my own personal seeking brought me to those principles which I see as the way the Universe operates. And that, as you well noted, is the difference between "spirituality" and "religion." However, it is nothing special. Every human being on earth has the exact same ALL-PARENT, the same exact Source of All-That-Is which resides at the Core Source of their being and interfacing with that part of our being is open to any and ALL----REGARDLESS of their religious belief system or lack thereof, such as Agnostics and Atheists. Most Atheists say there is no God because of all the phoney advertising about God coming from man-made "religion." And I find that refreshing rather than something to be condemned and railed against. So, dear folks such as Dan wonder why we quote the Bible at all if we realize it has been manipulated? The answer is easy. We know exactly where the manipulation took place and the rest is a matter of one's discernment through their own spirituality. Each finds their own peace. Very true Rainbow but often it is skpped over completely to follow the negative programming instead. Our Spirit understands long before our cognitive minds. Yeshua's accomplishment was a spiritual accomplishment. Now, it is up to us to apply that into our 4D daily life. Fear, angst and "what about this, what about that?" makes us hesitate. Trying to figure it all out cognitively only brings confusion and and more hesitation. It is a matter of the Spirit and is a HEART matter, not a linear thought analysis. We need to allow our hearts to open from their paralysis due to a long induced fear of not being "religiously correct" and being condemed by the loving God to eternal torture having missed a jot or a tittle. Thinks about that. What utter nonsense! What useless fantastic imagination. Complete hallucination and completely UNREAL. All of our lack of Divine Ministry is due to our own silly windmill crusades against imaginary dragons which we ourselves created in this first place through vain hallucinatory imaginings. Period. They were far more interestied in healing the body, mind and spirit. This whole idea of "go to heaven or go to hell" was not a part of Yeshua's original teaching AT ALL. "Salvation" and whether a person is "saved" or "damned" to the eternal unbearable roastings of hell-fire (by the loving God, of course) was never even a part of Yeshua's life and teaching. Nope. He considered the animal sacrifices and the murder of human beings to be an abomination to Our Father. He was not well liked in Judaic circles and even less liked in Roman circles who self-righteouly murdered one person after another. Look. There is no doubt that some folks exprience a hell-on-earth and suffer immensly. Why? Did the Universal Life give them a raw deal? Did their past Karma demand justice? Are they "cursed" by Almighty God? Are they just a "bad seed?" Are they just undergoing pre-torture to get them ready for eternal unbearable fire? Is the Universal Life deaf to all their shrieks of pain? Was Darwin right and it is all just an accidental "mistake" of mind-less natural forces that caused that baby to be born blind, crippled, mentally retarded and with two heads? The Buddhists know the answer to human suffering and so does the genuine Christ whose original teaching was greatly compatible with Buddhism. If you'd like to understand what Jesus Christ actually taught ---read what his disciple had to say in the earliest gospel ever penned----the one hidden away from the progroms carried out by Empirial Rome as the Military arm of Roman Catholicism which set out to physically destroy all non-Orthodox thought---you know, those who opposed the viral thought meme that Almighty God would "get you" if you didn't fall into line and goosestep properly according to the "holy" experts? If anyone dared to go up against them, it was the same as going up against Almighty God---according to them. And they gave themselves the "power" to condemn any soul to hell by excommunicating them---not only from their denomination---but from salavation. In other words, to oppose them was to be fried continually for eternity. So, many continued this tradition of vainity for centuries and it continued right on into Protestantism whose "protest" was quite weak indeed having already received considerable programming for centuries before. God bless 'em, they thought they were doing the right thing by using threats, force, violence murder and torture to spread their (rather twisted) version of the "good news." Wow, it sounds almost like today's politic. Well.... where do you think they learned such behavior? Of course, the "Holy Fathers" kept their hands lilly white and allowed the civil authorities to do all the dirty work (Iintrerrogation, torture, lighting fires etc.)---all in the name of Jesus Christ, of course. Its really no surprise that some folks have trouble with the "ianity?" Those purging operations were fully sactified and blessed. Domine domine domination. They had to protect their "truth"---professional careers were at stake. They thought the best way to avoid confusion was simply to eliminate any opposition by labeling it "heresy." Or maybe you are just listening to the still, small voice within and responding. I highly suspect that. Perhaps we need another holy inquisition? Really, I think the time has come for folks to wake up to the vain traditions of the fathers which at times we have all robotically followed like well herded cattle--mostly without knowing it. It is now time to use the fine equipment that Almighty God gave each and every one of us, so that we might learn to think for ourselves and become effective outlets for the living water of the Most High God on behalf of peace on earth and goodwill toward ALL men. The time rapidly approaches for the full "manifestation of the sons-of-God." The whole creation now travails and groans awaiting it---according to Paul---and I think he's right in this point because I and others are already directly experiencing it. But, taking another look at history will help us to understand how we arrived in this sorry divisive condition. And in order to do that, we must find out where our belief systems came from in the first place----and self-adjust according to the genuine Christ whom we adore. And this is everyone's own personal responsibility. If all people are able to see is yet another opinion of religiousity, they should reject it. Pure Being in past, present or future is still pure Being. Okay. Past, present, future. "Will be" implys creative evolution. Or, to not use that nasty word "evolution" (which infuriates some) I will simply say... "GROWTH." However, in my very limited understanding Almighty God does not evolve nor need to "GROW", however the entire Great Creation does evolve/grow in conscious awareness to re-discover the First Source from whence it originally came---and the invisible God can only be seen (in our particular frequency--only one of an infinite number of frequencies) through his/her/its pure representatives existing in 4D space-time. However, perhaps Almighty God, the Divine Source of All, DOES "evolve/grow." How? Through the creation of the infinite combinations of Almighty God's "sense organs" through the creative experiences of all the Created creatures. Maybe the One God is investigating endless infinity through the experiences being fed back through the many beings of limited consciousness. Limited in conscious awareness but highly focused on whatever their attention is focused on. So, many minute details are uncovered about one tiny aspect. All to the Living, Ever Increasing Glory of Almighty God. "WOW," says God, "this is even bigger and more excellent than I thought." Well, anyway, I doubt if Almighty God is ever bored. "Oh hum, yet another boring day of incomparable perfection." Not hardly. "When you've seen me," said Yeshua, "you have seen the Father." The ancients referred to Almighty God as the Prime Source of all Potential. This was called, "Ein Soph" which means the "unknowable." So, the invisible, unknowable, unapproachable Almighty God becomes visible, knowable and approachable through his pure vessels manifested in space-time. Even some not-so-pure vessels that are in training--like us. "Christ (the annointing) IN you (your conscious awareness) the hope of glory." If "glory" is perfection, there is hope for it. But "hope" implys that it aint finished yet---more to come. Since it is eternally infinite will it EVER be "finished?" Does the Omega of dualistic Creation mean a "finish?" Or,maybe it means a New Beginning? Or both? These Cosmic questions may always exist in the creatures of time and space. A question does not necessarily have a final answer---especially when it involves the Infinity of Creative Intelligence. Maybe at some point we realize that it simply does not matter and are so overcome with awe and joy that all else is subsumed into meaninglessness. This is the way that excites my tiny understanding and gives me that inner "amen." I do understand why the Jewish people, in general, have a big problem with the religion called "Christianity." I have a similar problem. But, in my understanding and point of view, the one that Christians called "Jesus" NEVER EVER pointed to himself but to Our Father, Our Divine Source. I think this may well be where the religiousity of state politics took over and made an idol (icon) after a human being who NEVER intended to be any kind of "Popular Star" at all---only boost the peoples awareness to SEE what he was pointing toward. Not an easy job, since folks tend to flock after heros and popular idols or else the propaganda that constantly advertises such exempliary icons. However, some did get it... and to this day still have the same problem Jesus had with communicating it. That's what priestcraft religion often does, no matter what flavor it happens to be. It overshadows the mind with the educated opinions of "experts"---those who "study" God but may or may not know who they are studying. Make any sense? Almighty God as Essence, Source, the Intelligent, Intentional, Loving Divine Potential of All-That-Is, was or ever shall be (completely outside of time or horizontal timelines and yet fully infused into time and time-lines) speaks forth the entire Great Creation into a world of manifestation from Alpha to Omega, the First and the Last. And, of course that Divine Sound is the Great Tetragrammaton. YHVH. However, YHVH, or the Law of Four, as it is sometimes referred to, is still the dualism of Creation. A dualistic wave-form. A rhythmic beat, so to speak. A vibration. A SOUND. Ocillations of Photons, A Divine Speaking forth with highly focused vector intention which started as a Divine Thought/Intention before it became audible to highly limited human ears. Almighty God Our Father is completely beyond the Thought Boundary and yet permeates and penetrates it fully and completely. What we call "The annointing" (Christ to use a Helenization) is simply an aspect of that Great Creation which is a pure unobstructed outlet, a highly communicable creative expression of the invisible, unknowable, First Source potential--made manifest in the dualistic world of form---this, that, positive, negative, male, female, good, evil, black, white, liberal, conservative () Jew, Gentile and on and on. A kind of "prime-time wrestling match" which is nothing more than an elaborate game of entertainment. A game which easily becomes a distraction away from the conscious awareness of the ONE. However, this "game" can be played well with creative skill, joy and fun as long as we see the One Source behind it all and do not take a plunge further into forgetfulness by thinking that this Great Theatrical Production is real Life. Dualism is not "evil" as long as one knows and understands that the reality is ONE BEING... not two and not three.... not even the Law of Four (the Tetragrammaton). In a good sense the Tetragrammaton is a mathematical formula that describes how all Creation takes place, coagulates, compounds and multiplies (grows/evolves) in its crystaline structures of fractal mathematics into all the "things" which have form. Any "name" spoken is dualistic. Why? Because it makes a distinction between that "name" and some other name. That's probably why the "name" is never spoken by the Jews. Right? That's why you always write God as G-d. God is so beyond our concepts that no word can adequately describe because words themselves are in the world of dualism and Almighty G-d is ONE. The First Source of All-That-Is. Was this not the revelation of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob? Was this not the revelation of all the Prophets including Yeshua and Gutama Buddha , although he never even mentioned "God?" RabbiO, I'd like to share two very short stores. Some of the Jews in Israel wanted to find out about the beliefs and practices of the Tibetan Buddhists. Meanwhile, the Dali Lama had written a letter asking to find out about Judaism. So, some Jewish representatives went right over to see the Dali Lama and they had a wonderful uplifting and mutual spiritual exchange. Both were highly edified! The Jews came back to Israel and found that meditation and reincarnation were indeed hidden right there in Judaism all along and so began to practice mediatation. The Dali Lama began to meditate and contemplate on the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and declared that a new understanding had enhanced his spiritual belief system. He found great similarity and resonant harmony between the spiritual basics of Buddhism and Judaism. This simple openness and willingness to listen is what the world needs. Such fellowship causes HEALING for all. And not only HEALING but Divine Insight i.e. Revelation when the scales recede from ones eyes. On the other side of the coin. One time the Tibetan Buddhists (Mahayana Buddhism) went to visit the Pope at the Vatican. When it came time to pray, the Pope and the Cardinals insisted that those wierd Tibetan Buddhist go pray in another room away from the "Holy Fathers" who did not want their prayers polluted by a bunch of "unsaved" heatens. So, here are two examples of open and closed human behavior. The difference between genuine spirituality and religiousity. The answer: just a simple understanding that Almighty God is the One Source of All-That-Is and not in any way exclusive of ANY of His/Her/Its Great Creation which was Divinely Spoken in Unsurpassing and Unconditional Love. namaste

I believe that once a person can see and understand WHO and WHAT ALMIGHTY GOD (OUR FATHER) IS (and it is our job to aid in that discovery) then a person is totally set free forever. Saying "Lord, Lord" is not "calling upon the name of the Lord at all." Saying "Lord, Lord" is just lips wagging. Calling upon the name of the Lord does not mean mouthing the word "Jesus." Oh, I realize that a part of the present Christian doctrine is that when a person says "Jesus Jesus" it is an indication that they are 'saved" from the flames of eternal perdition. However, here is something that must be considered: Exodus 3: 14---And God said unto Moses I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of israel, I AM hath sent me unto you. 15 And God said moreover unto Moses, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israrel, The LORD GOD of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob hath sent me unto you: this is my name for ever and this is my memorial to all generations. (that's "forever" not temporary) The "name" of Almighty God Our Father is.... according to the Bible.... I AM THAT I AM. What does this mean? I AM THAT I AM is the active and present form of the verb TO BE. The name of Almighty God FOREVER (not temporary) is PURE BEING. That means Almighty God is everywhere in every time and every space. Almighty God is not only omnicient and omnipotent--Almighty God is also.... OMNIPRESENT. That is, everywhere and everyplace all the time. BEING ITSELF. I AM. This is the name of Almighty God and also the name of the son-of-man and also the name of the sons of God and also the name of the worst scoundrel on earth, although he does not know it. He thinks he is a self unto himself. He does not see that ALL is totally INTERCONNECTED in the ONE SELF-- Almighty God. It is YOUR true "Self." Your ONLY true Self. Your "Higher Self" is one way to put it. Somebody asks you what your name is and you say, "I am....." I am... who? Almighty God says simply I AM THAT I AM. No more is needed. Almighty God says that so you will understand that he is PURE BEING with nothing added and that Revelation is sufficient. I AM (who?) IT DOESN'T MATTER. I AM THAT I AM. I am the only I there is. There is only ONE SELF. There is only ONE SOURCE and that is Almighty God I AM THAT I AM. All the beings who think they are separate "selves" running around are living an illusion. There is only ONE. ALMIGHTY GOD IS ONE. Jesus tried hard to tell you that in John 17. WE ARE ONE. It is a fact. It is the truth of Almighty God I AM.... THAT I AM. So, the Hundu says "Oh, Lord Krishna." The Buddhist says, "Oh Lord Gutama." The Hopi says, "Lord Massau." The Christian says, "OH, LORD JESUS." All are "calling upon the name of the LORD --THE ONE SELF.... but only IF.... only IF.... there is consciousness of the ONE BEING of which ALL of us (without exception) are a totally interconnected part. That means the very worst sinner, in reality, is already a part of this ONLY ONE----just exactly the same as you are. No difference--except for ONE THING----the AWARENESS of that ONENESS varies considerably. And that is exactly what we are ALL learning to recognize. WE ARE ALREADY ONE and when we think we are seperate, we are in complete delusion living a lie. This is the Revelation when all the "seals" are removed. This is the "salvation" when all the blinders are taken out of the way. WE ARE ALREADY AND ALWAYS HAVE BEEN.... ONE BEING. We are ALL organically, emotionally, mentally, genetically, nuerologically ONE. It is all a HUGE COMPASSIONATE LOVING INTELLIGENT ENERGY FIELD in which we all "live, move and have our BEING." So, why did Paul say that "Jesus" was the "name above all names?" This has led many Christian to the false doctrine that those who do not mouth the word "Jesus" are not "saved." Absolute nonsense in my view---religiousity totally void of spirituality. Because the conscious son-of God, whether it be Krishna, Massau, Buddha, or YOU or I is subsumed by the conscious awareness of the ONE BEING in which we live, move and have our BEING. Therefore, we no longer feel SEPARATE from that awrful sinner, but recognize that sinner as OURSELVES. We can then "love our neighbor AS OURSELF." Get it? Then, when we deal with "others" we do so as dealing with the ONE not as dealing with some kind of "other" strange entity outside of the ONE. There is no entity "outside" of the ONE BEING. There is only lack of awareness of it. So, of course, first and foremost, WE have to have that realization. If all our praying, preaching, healing, sharing, witnessing, testifying is moving toward this realization (Revelation) of Almighty God as OUR FATHER THE ONE BEING OF ALL THAT IS, then our living testimony will become EFFECTIVE to heal others. The whole idea of "save" begs the question. "SAVED FROM WHAT?" Saved from eternal torment in the flames of hell-fire? SAVED from making mistakes? SAVED from immoral behavior? SAVED from the wrath of Almighty God? The ONLY salvation is the Revelation of the ONENESS of ALMIGHTY GOD and our portion in that ONENESS. This gives us great respect for ourself... and for the entire web-of-life. The entire web-of-life is totally interconnected in the ONE. It gives us compassion for every creature and every human being. It brings "Joy Unspeakable and FULL OF GLORY" as torrents of living water flow out to all from our deepest spring, our heart of hearts.. That's why Jesus prayed to OUR FATHER in John 17 for the MOST IMPORTANT THING---- THAT WE WOULD ALL BE (aware) THAT WE ARE ONE. Our whole testimony is that the "name" of Almighty God is I AM THAT I AM. BEING. When we are able to REMIND another human being of that.... they begin to AWAKE to WHO and WHAT THEY ARE. I have to tell you Pete that this is your very limited concept about what is happening here. It is your supposition about what is happening. You think this person had "little hope in this life." What a false judgement that is. YOU standing in front of this person ARE his hope if you recognize that you are ONE with this "terrible hopeless sinner." And.... you are not the only one with that understanding. You are only looking at this situation on the surface. No my brother. The true Bible description of God is I AM THAT I AM and that is anything but "unfair" to any being who is part of the ONE BEING which is every being. . Well, that is a question you will have to decide for yourself. Until we recognize WHO and WHAT God is, we may think Almighty God is a psychotic tyrant full of jealousy, wrath, anger, angst and insane behavior who loves to torture his creatures forever and ever. After all, "the Baibal tells me so." Yep. When you read the Bible as if it was a National Enquirer. But once we recognize the I AM THAT I AM, we also begin to recognize WHO and WHAT... WE ARE. I say, "that's why I'm here." (yeah the breathe in and out with lol (of course) is a great preparation to allow the Spirit to fill your thought and communicate. And, if you can get the suicidal man to laugh too---battle won. "You have no place to stay? We'll you do now, for as long as you need." Or.... some might say. "Don't kill yourself... come with me to talk with the pastor." And each of those responses demonstrates concern and compassion. However.... then the Pastor says. "God loves you and I am sending you to the homeless shelter where you will be taken care of. I promise to come and pray with you more. Let's ask God to forgive us and lend a hand of comfort. Let us praaaaaaay." Also demonstrating compassion and love..... however..... second hand. I have heard it said, and I think it is true----"Almighty God never does anything that one of his servants cannot do." So, the only question is---are you confident to serve Almighty God in the form of a suicidal person who has reached the end of their rope and is about to despair? It could be a test for you----and in fact is always a test----to see how much you have grown in your basic interface with the Spirit. A "test" easily passed with "joy unspeakable and full of glory," to use a Biblical description. So, to anyone in that situation I would say, "Come on. I know you are perfectly equipped because the suicidal man was there and you showed your concern. That's all there is to it. Christ in you the Hope of Glory will easily do the rest No need to worry. You can be totally confident because you have stepped into the Divine Presence with extreme ease. Just open your mouth and Almighty God will fill it and he cares not what your "qulifications" are---even if you got your certificate over the internet. namaste

Well, The Gospel of the Twelve is more than a minor difference and it is the earliest Aramaic writing known. When you date back to 350 or 250 you are talking Roman Orthodoxy. Even the very first of the Catholic holy fathers (Origen) believed in reincarnation because that was the original teaching of Yeshua. Although he was the most prolific of all the holy fathers, even he was called a heretic at one time after the dogmatization. It was very much like communist brainwashing to produce "correct" thinking. You are welcome. If you want to learn about comparative religions you are best off learning from a genuine practitioner of that religion. For example Buddhism. I would suggest the Dali Lama who has taught many of us the spiritual essence of Buiddhism, nothing about ritual practices etc. Actually, the Dali Lama is not out to impose his culture on anyone but only share the spiritual essence of Buddhism knowing perfectly well that it is in no way contradictory to Christianity or Judaism for that matter. The wisest people in the world recognize the difference between "religion" and genuine spirituality. Personally, I care nothing for ritual practices from other cultures. I prefer the simplicity of the Lord's Table which is my own culture but I practice it rarely. As to my daily spiritual practice, it is meditation and prayer. namaste

A "hero" eh? . I'm really not that Greko-Roman but I will gladly share with you where and how to do this study for yourself. I can't do that for you and have no need to "persuade" anyone of anything. [This actually fits the present topic of this thread (Liberal Christianity) I suppose.] I can tell you this right now. No Christian church of today (except possibly the most liberal of the liberal) will approve this study and will ridicule it. Why? Because, in many ways it uncovers some things quite contradictory to the official Greek texts penned by the Roman fathers to establish their program which is the Orthodox Christianity of today both Catholic and Protestant. Before that, there existed a Heterodox Christianity very unpolitically correct for the ambitions of Empirical Rome. When Orthodoxy became the official version approved by the Roman Empire, a great effort was made to utterly destroy and burn all the evidence and scriptures of the Heterodox Christianity. They were almost, but not quite, successful. The disciples of Yeshua saw it coming. However, since contact with these original writings was forbidden, any dealing with them could get a person burned at the stake as a heretic---those who dared to seek out these original writings were all lumped under the category of "gnostics." This, in spite of the fact that your present Bible is full of some of these so-called "gnostic" ideas. John 17 is the most "gnostic" chapter in the entire Bible---one of my favorites and probably yours too. Paul is talking gnosticism when he talks about the spirit struggling against the flesh. Remember St. Francis? He interfaced with the birds, animals as well as human beings. He was basically a follower of the earliest heterodox tradition although accepted by the Roman church which could not deny his genuine spirituality. Throughout the Christian era, the original heterodoxy has peeped through every now and then. St. John of the Cross was incarcerated by the Inquisition but God delivered him. He wrote a beautiful work entitled "Ascending Mt Carmel." Yes, he knew what Mt. Carmel was all about. One dark night, he simply walked out of the dungeon because he was needed elsewhere. Many of those later lauded and put up on pedestals of glory as "Saints" were greatly presecuted by the Roman Church during their lives. The original Christianity could not be killed although overshadowed by the boot heel of Roman control. Of course, certain parts of that heterodox tradition dared not be mentioned if one desire to continue to draw breath. Much false slander was leveled at this "gnostic" categorization by those formulating a state religion for Rome. They saddled all "gnostics" into one pile (makes em easier to burn) as believing that physical matter was "evil" ---which was simply not so. Yes, there were cults of gnostics that followed many erroneous and false doctrines but to saddle all gnostics with that one was just plain evil and untrue. However, it was politically expedient and had great propaganda value to win hearts and minds. So, if you decide to undertake this study, just coming into contact with these original writings and teachings automatically makes you a heretic in the eyes of some traditionalists, even if you do not believe nor accept them. The Romans had an agenda and these original writings were not amicable to totalitarianism and Militaristic Empire. In fact, they were just the opposite. I spent quite a number of years on this simply because I wanted to find out everything I could about the origins of Christianity. Basically, what I found out is this: the religion we know today as Christianity was formulated a few hundred years after a very different body of scriptures and practices which were occurring right after the advent of Yeshua right up until the Roman Orthodoxy was officially formulated into being---through the Roman Church Councils of Hippo and Nicea etc. Before that, there existed a body of scriptures in Yeshua's original spoken language--- Aramaic. The oldest of these is a gospel written by ALL the original disciples together as ONE, called "The Gospel of the Twelve." or sometimes called "The Gospel of the Nazareen." Those original Aramaic scriptures were eventually ordered by the Church to be sought out and burned. Destroy the evidence because in many respects they did not coincide with the Roman program. The Gospel of the Twelve This document survived the burning because it was hidden in a Tibetan Monestary for several centuries and discovered later by a Catholic Monk who took it to Rome. There, the "holy: fathers listened intently as the Monk read it aloud having translated it from the Aramaic. They absolutely loved it and felt its great Divine inspiration.... until.... it got to certain parts that contradicted their doctrines and dogmas which the holy fathers centuries before them had invented and passed down as their "inerrant" tradition never to be questioned. The Mediterranian area came under influence from all the spirituality of the entire world. The Vedas are perhaps the oldest scriptures on earth--passed on by mouth and only written down centuries later. Even later (500B.C.) Buddhism was born and Buddhist Monks were in Palestine during the advent of Yeshua. When the links I am giving you right below mention the "Essenes" in connection with the son-of-man, you should know that those "Essenes" were not the Qumran cult (eastern Essenes) where the Dead Sea Scrools were found but rather the Northern Essenes of Mt. Carmel. They were completely unlike the Qum Ran Essenes as you will discover. They were healers. Yeshua had direct contact with these Mt. Carmel Essenes, which were a third branch of Judaism--Pharasees, Saducees and Essenes. However, the Essences of Mt. Carmel did not accept the Temple sacrifices and the continual animal slaughter. Neither did Yeshua who taught deep respect for the entire web of life. This was just one of the stumbling blocks to the Roman fathers who put together the Greek NT as "inerrant." In fact, they considered any didactions or changes they made to be directly from the hand of Almighty God because they considered THEMSELVES to be 100% inerrant no matter what they did. They did have a highly overblown view of themselves as is easily seen by their own writings. They were deluded into believing themselves to be the creative formulators of Yeshua's gospel message. However, it had already been written down by a mutual work of all the disciples. But this was too hard for those of a Roman mind-set to swallow. It was through the Essenes of Mt. Carmel that Yeshua had fellowship with the Buddhists. Those Buddhist Monks were welcomed by the Essenes of Mt. Carmel because they were of like mind. They were vegetarians and fully accepted reincarnation, as did Yeshua. Another stumbling block for those who could only maintain power with continual threats of eternal agony burning in the unbearable fires of hell. So here is a list of links to get you started. I just had to find out if that was really true. I did. It wasn't. And I could not accept only one so-called "official" point of view but needed to find out all the other points of view also and why the"official" point of view felt so threatened by them that they would resort to murder to stamp them out---all in the name of Yeshua. In short, the basic truth of Almighty God has always been presented on planet earth and in all religions it is interpreted, distorted, redacted and adjusted by men with an agenda of control---priestcraft. The fearsome, terrible God of wrath and destruction and the God of love are One in the same, depending upon your own individual interpretation of Almighty God according to your individual experience. The God of Wrath and destruction whips his slaves into shape and the God of love brings the enlightenment that all is One in Love beyond words. You get whatever you call upon from your deepest spiritual signature. Thanks for sharing your journey so honestly, Pete. However, I wouldn't call it "liberal" nor would I call dogmatism "conservative." Those terms have been so far distorted from their original meaning that they have now lost all communication. The word "liberal" for example is now used in a very negative way to mean Marxist Communist, Socialist, Amoralist, Atheist, UnAmerican, Welfare Statist, Homosexual Activist by many demagogs---even though "liberal" thought was an essential part of the very founding of this nation. And in reality "liberal" means absolutely none of todays distorted definitions. That's how language gets twisted and used by people for their own purposes. "Conservative," that is suppose to be about less government control and more fiscal responsibility, has in recent years made the U.S. government into a distorted megalithic monster of mega-control which is totally controlled by $$$ and "Corporate Fascism" which is a far more accurate definition of what our government now is---both "liberal" AND "conservative." Those two terms (liberal and conservative) are now used to perpetrate an "us" and "them" political distraction to keep folks occupied with utterly foolish name calling instead of waking up to the slavery engulfing them from every side. The magician always distracts the audience away from his tricks. It works well with a wooed hypnotized audience constantly consuming false advertising and venting their rage upon imaginary "enemies.". Keeps the herd docile---like a punching bag in the basement upon which to take out ones frustrated aggressions. Recognizing the Oneness is not "liberal" in the present usage of that highly distorted word. Your spiritual journey, like most of us, was a bumpy road. That is not abnormal but normal. Your dear parents were only following what had been handed down to them through many centuries of planet earth's dysfunctional self-destruction among human beings fighting themselves. However, when push came to shove your seeking did not cease. So, although your parents were restrictive, they were so because in their very limited concepts they felt it was their responsibility to give you training and direction in life about what they themselves had experienced---which they did, although you slowly went through the process of sorting out the wheat from the chaff and. like all of us, are still in that process. Restrictive prison is both a blessing and a curse. It is a curse in that we only want to get out of it and feel much suffering at the time because the human spirit desires freedom above all else. But, it is a blessing in that it causes us to deeply question and find out for ourselves what's real and what isn't. This is the way all nature works. The chrysalis prison of the caterpillar/butterfly is necessary for it to finally overcome and become. It emerges into an entirely diffrerent realm which was beyond its imagination as a caterpillar--thanks to the restrictive prison which made it strong enough to fly. Seeing it this way will bring forgiveness toward the past actions of yourself and others. With such forgiveness, you are free. And, no doubt, you are already experiencing that. All of mankind has been laboring under the prison of the "vain traditions of the fathers," which is the terminology the Bible uses. One generation teaches these vain traditions and the next generation does as they have been taught. Distortion is compounded over and over again until someone finally awakens and says, "wait a minute, I see the repetitious loop of this destructive programming and know there is a much better way." That is an act of faith, since you know there is a better way but not precisely what it is. You have to seek it with all your heart, soul and mind to find it, since long-time generational programming is very difficult to overcome and no one can tell you how to do it, only point out the direction---look within and hear the very still, small voice constantly speaking to you---and that is hard to do, as long as the fear and angst and frustration of the destructive program still prevails to keep you fighting windmills. Forgiveness of yourself and others opens the way for compassion and understanding and ends the fear, angst, doubt and anger at having been so duped. Of course, if you hadn't gone through all this, you would have never had the drive to seek with all you heart, mind and soul, as Yeshua and many others highly recommend. There were no bids and great puzzlement among the wealthy bidders who were expecting to aquire something of great value. "What is this?" they whispered to each other. Finally, after a long silence, the auctioneer cleared his throat and said, "Now, ladies and gentlemen, I remind you that Sothbys can ship anything to anywhere in the country. So, perhaps you may want to send this item as a gift... to a.... friend?" Suddenly the bids exploded! Thank you Fawzo for yet another excellent communication--something more than meets the eye--something that stirs our deepest heart yearning. This thread is bringing out something of real eternal value--a kind of "AHA" that in spite of differences of "opinions" dissolves into passionate compassion beyond all restrictions. And thank you Pete for so stimulating us. In other words, bringing us to the outer edge of the fourth dimensional world in which we live and allowing us to peek through a portal which we ordinarily assume is a barrier impossible to see beyond. I tell you brothers, we are already multidimensional beings. We live in a world of four dimensions. 1) width, 2) length, 3) depth... and.... 4) duration (linear time). It is that fourth dimension which is the portal to Intelligent Infinity (our Creator at the root of the entire Great Creation in which we live, move and have our being and are co-creators.) Yes, we are already multidimensional beings, but are about to become consiously aware interdimensional beings. When genuine fellowship takes place, we meet in the heart. It is our linear cognitive mind that takes us on separate (but sometimes overlapping) linear time-lines of our own individual construction. When we meet in the heart, we are consciously aware of the fact that we are One. Linear time slows and stops. We are in the "now." From this vantage point, all dimensions then come into focus. Fear and anxiety are enemies of this state of fellowship for which our deepest being continually yearns. It is an Egalitarian Fellowship without hierarchy but where those of more experience and wisdom take the lead to do things by living example. Yeshua is our elder brother in this-- a First Among Equals. He never pointed to himself but always to Our Father--Our Source. He called himself, "the son-of-man." That is because he took physical limitations upon himself for the sake of clear communication with other beings who could not have related at all to him otherwise. He was 100% man and 100% God. You and I are also. However, we simply have not realized that yet. HU- MAN means exactly that--- GOD-MAN. "We shall be LIKE HIM..." No doubt about it but it is entirely up to us. We already are all that we will ever be but in linear time we are becoming more and more consciously aware of who and what we are. It is an awakening from amnesia, a re-discovery of what already is and it is a matter of our individual will of choice. So, we are able to participate in this fellowship because, regardless of various opinions, we have all made that choice for the Universal Life in which all creatures live, more and have their being. At the level of the heart we recognize the fact of Oneness. Fear is the direct opposite of love. "Hate" is just the insistant ego-self preservative of the fear about what is not known by the cognitive mind and cannot be "figured out" by linear thinking, upon which we (here in our present earth cultures) have come to almost fully rely. That is changing rapidly. Yes, Fawzo, there will be One World Religion and One World Government. But the terms "religion" and "government" will be defined much differently than now-- and in fact will not even be used. A new way of thinking requires an entirely new languaging system. These terms are at present limited to "sectarianism" and "rule." Neither of these terms fit this Egalitarian Fellowship which we are tasting right here on this forum. The "fear" of One World Government is based upon our experiences of totalitarianism where governments RULE by force of arms and make slaves to do the bidding of the "state." This is our present experience. One World Religion is feared because people can imagine a world-wide priestcraft of ungodliness that will cut off your head unless you buy the goods. hmmmm.... sounds like all history up until now. However, all of these imaginary fears are subsumed by an entirely new state of consciousness and an entirely new way of thinking. Many still cannot see this coming despite the growing evidence. And so, despair sets in because everyone knows deep in their guts that the present way of doing things is 100% UNSUSTAINABLE. Everyone knows within their own being that violence begets violence and control begets control and war begets war and ignoring of Universal Law begets destruction. So, either a person feels despair and a complete lack of hope... or... a person realizes that "business as usual" is finished forever because every trainwreck can be seen about to occur just before it happens. My hope, my passion, my joy, my faith and surety is that our Mother Earth will not be destroyed but will host a new civilization. In fact, our planet is far more than we think or know. It is a unique and diverse cradle of life in this quadrant to be enjoyed by all beings. In The Book of Revelation the New Jerusalem comes down OUT of heaven.... where? ONTO THE EARTH. The meek shall inherit heaven? Nope. The meek shall inherit the EARTH. This, my friends is not Utopia. It is not perfection but it is simply an awareness of the Oneness of all things and all beings. It is basic... SANITY. Thus a respect for the entire web of life, including ourselves, emerges. This is not heavenly perfection, only a very first baby step on that long journey home. You can't go home until you learned the lessons you came here to learn and the one you are now experiencing is only kindergarten. You chose to do this. You are a volunteer. And, when you do graduate, you might prefer to stick around for the sake of uplifting all the other beings engaged in the same school room. (The Buddhists call this a Bodhisatva---like Yeshua) Or, if you prefer, you can continue on the escalating downward spiral to self-destruction that our present civilization so passionately embraces. That is the choice that we ALL make. Granted it takes courage to swim against the undertow but acknowledging Yeshua's prayer in John 17 is a great helper. I think all of us here in this fellowship of Universal Life are making the same choice and that's why we can experience the Oneness of heart and the profound joy beyond words (and thought) which it brings. By this little and simple interconnected fellowship we have the possibility of hearing that echo and it is no longer a theory written in a book for we prove it to ourselves beyond any doubt. Isn't that what "the called-out ones" are really about? We call ourselves out by calling upon the name of the Lord and we can do that because we hear and pay attention to the still small voice within. Hi Rainbow, okay, I have to divide this in two parts. So this is Part 1. heheheh. This post of yours is so excellent that I gave it a whole lot of contemplation. It is really uplifting to say the least. I once saw a double Rainbow over the Painted Desert in Arizona. Quite unique I am told. As usual your frequency of colors embraces the whole spectrum and I really appreciate that. Christ embraces the whole spectrum also and never dogmatically stays in the red nor in the blue screaming "damnation" to the other colors which are equally necessary for the whole spectrum. The fact that your "beliefs" were challenged is extremely positive. Mine were/are too. It helped you to see that whatever color you were choosing was only one of many and that the richness of that favorite color depended upon the contrast of all the other colors. Somewhere a unity and synthesis becomes quite obvious. At one point in my seeking I embraced the compassionate Buddha only to later find out that indeed Buddhism was one of the great influences on the earliest Christians through the many Buddhist missionaries in the land of Palestine at the time--a fact not reported by the early Church "fathers." They had Roman politics to consider in formulating their doctrines and dogmas by attempting to annhilate all other ideas. They wanted a "State" religion of enforced "unity" and used the Roman Empire Military methods to achieve it because they looked upon Rome as the seed of the Kingdom of God manifest upon the earth--according to their own writings. They envisoned the Kingdom of God as a kind of controlling power over the bodies, minds and souls of men rather than the truth that sets men free, as Yeshua did. Slavery is what Romanism and the later Protestantism is about, although many of both persuasions prefer the freedom embodied in the Christ and usually feel "at odds" with the status quo. The "protest" didn't mind the religious control paradigm because it secured political power and the concept of the "state religion" prevailed, even though there were those who attempted to break away. They eventually wound up doing the same old same old because they couldn't conceive of how to behave otherwise. But, over time I have learned to forgive those early and later church "fathers" because all their efforts to suppress other ideas about the truth only strengthened those ideas in the long run. Truth persists regardless and opposition to it only strengthens it. So, thank God for such opposition. Without a "devil" no vision and determination for truth can arise because there is no contrast. A precious jewel can only shine at its fullest on black velvet. In the world, the wheat and the tares exist side by side until the "judgement" when all is exposed for what it really was all along. No more masks. So, in this present world we have the devil/saint polarity existing side by side.... devils and saints desperately need one another in order for their choices to be solidified and manifested. So, thank you devil... but no thanks. We can say, "I prefer peace over war and joy over suffering because I have seen and experienced the fruit of both." Yes, our own thoughts about anything are highly limited and so it is best to consider the views of others. However, ultimately we have to decide. We can't say "they made me do it." But, we must assume personal responsibility. So, to make an informed decision it is best to let our seeking hearts... branch out, so to speak. By "branch out" I mean go beyond local prejudices and biases, whatever they may be. Some disdain being "ecclectic," others, such as myself, embrace it and find a very rich unity in viewing the world through Rainbow colored glasses. And... if the chair collapses it is not that the idea of a "chair" was wrong but that it was poorly constructed or worn out. Of course, Jesus had a "hand" in it too because the very presence of Jesus (and other healers) inspire the faith of individuals whose own inner faith then aligns with the Universal Compassion flowing out like living water from the healers. Those who are healed may have not even had any faith at all until faith suddenly stood before them in human form causing them to let go and let God. One can "feel" the deep compassion but not explain it because it is well beyond explanation. Such healers are reminders that Almighty God only wants the best for all beings and when the resistance of the unnecessary baggage is removed, healing is there with no effort. So, the presence of the healer is important to prove the power of compassion and God's intention to bring joy to all creatures. "You shall lay hands on the sick and they shall recover." A fact already well proven to me time and time again. But genuine healers always say, "go and tell no one" because they aren't interested in becoming popular icons but in seeing people find their own faith. "Thy faith hath made thee whole." In other words, I didn't "do" it.... YOU did. "I only reminded you of the healing Source within you. I did not zap you with some kind of magical supernatural power." And, many times, even a fake healer only trying to bilk money causes a persons inner faith in Almighty God to trigger and healing occurs. This is often how the fake healers justify themselves even while counting their cash and ridiculing the dupes who gave him their life savings. Sometimes a placebo (a sugar pill) will heal the patient because the patient believes in the medicine. The energy for the healing comes from our own changed psycho-physiological state in which we let go of all hinderances in order to receive that which we already have, but seldom interface with because we tend to get in our own way. We become entangled with our "what about this? --what about that?" rabbit trailing mind of distraction and that is sure to diffuses healing energy. There is more to "mind" than what we can cognitively frame. Our individual minds are totally interconnected with The Universal Mind. All we need to do is recognize it. The Universal Mind of God has the basic intention to uplift and bless all life without exception. Healing of body, mind and soul is natural, when faith is present to allow one to let go and let be. That's why healing is not confined to folks of any given religious persuasion. Such bias is entirely a preoccupation of the cognitive mind. And our cognitive "minds" are quite restricted. Buddhist call it our "wild" mind. And to clear up something which is often usually obscured, Buddhist don't seek to "annhilate" the mind, as many falsely assume, but only to stop the mind temporarily in order to receive that which is beyond all thought. That makes cognitive thought much clearer and exact. Temporarily halting the thinking process means ones gains control over their own thoughts, for as a man thinks in his heart, so is he. There is a great power within which comes from the Source of All---Almighty God. That is... our Life/Spirit energy and power which already lies at the root of all life without exception. With our conscious contact with the Universal Intelligent Energy Field (God), our wonderful individual bodies and minds are perfectly capable of self-healing and already know precisely how to accomplish it in the inner wisdom of our trillions of bodily cells and neurons. You don't have to "think" in order for your heart to beat either. Nor to breathe. And this, of course, is a great statement of faith. It is your inner evidence beyond question and just stating it reaffirms it and strengthens it. Someone who read through the Bible might "toss it." I felt like that at times. But when I did, I dived deeper into it and found many different layers and riches not found in Popular Mechanics nor Reader's Digest nor the common theological interpretations arrived at through linear thinking in only one dimension. ....more..... Part 2... Okay, I have to divide this one too. GURK. And a little child shall lead them. So, regardless of doctrines and dogmas, right or wrong, this shows the fundamental value preserved amidst any and all subtrafuge. Hey, without the subtrafuge you might take it for granted and quit seeking. Yep. The inner truth swallows all that is extraneous and/or erroneous. But... it didn't matter. And I have come to understand that the "name" alone connects you with all the vast reservoir of thought and emotion throughout all time that has ever been connected with that "name." "He who calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Just 'calling" tunes into the broadcast where you can received the entire gospel in all the necessary detail. The Buddhists understand this also. For example, when they say Om Mani Padme Hum they are accessing the entire Dharma of the compassionate Buddha written down in thousands of volumes. Names are like a signature of the whole person. If you call "Hey Bob!" I will come immediately and say, "how may I serve you?" So, all those who 'call" get what they call upon. Better to call upon the Father of all lights than upon "Bob" who is highly limited. Our Father does not turn a deaf ear to those who call. "And men began to call upon the name of the Lord" means more that just saying a certain name. "Calling upon" means to desire the person and all the person stands for. "Calling upon" acknowledges 1) that the person exists and 2) you need the assistance of their living wisdom. So, calling upon the Lord is an act of humility. I am not sufficient in my very limited restriction and, for the sake of my life itself, need additional wisdom and healing from beyond what my cognitive thought will allow. I need something beyond this highly limited world of my perceptions and prejudices. Calling upon the Lord is recognizing and admitting ones extreme limitation and lack of conscious awareness. That is humility over arrogance. Since the son-of-man and the Father are ONE in every way, to call upon one is to call upon the other. And therein lies the value of scripture even when it is sometimes distorted by man-made doctrines and dogmas. And that's why you are Rainbow and recognize the entire spectrum. Finding comes through seeking and once God is "found" that is only the beginning not the time to stop seeking. Why? Because Almighty God is Intelligent Infinity and there is no final "find" only a beginning "find" on an infinite journey. That first "find" is nothing more than a direction to continue seeking. Seeking with all your heart, mind and soul is not a casual seeking but requires a full and continuous focus lest one becomes petrified and stunted in spiritual growth. And that, of course, leads to judgements and dogmatism. And... unforgiveness. We have all experienced this at some time or another. Bravo! .... more..... Part 3 The letters by themselves kill ----but the Spirit gives eternal life. However, the letters can interface with the Spirit interdimensionally. Not Vogue Magazine here but interdimensional, holonomic interface which recognizes the synchronic interconnectivity of all things and completely changes ones lifestyle and even their method of thinking. Excellent and very inspiring. To exercise intuition is necessary for growth in Life, Love and Light. Intuition goes way beyond cognitive thought. Just ask your mother, who fully understands when you must leave her to seek more. Yes. And that takes much much courage. The valor of the heart is one of its deep attributes only brought out when appreciation, compassion, forgiveness, humility and understanding arise also. Christ is anything but exclusive regardless of the vast false advertising otherwise--which is by no means confined to Catholicism nor to Christians. hmmm..... probably less distorted than before? The heart understands even when the cognitive mind does not. It is beyond words... and... beyond cognitive thought itself. "Now... we know... in part but then... we shall know... even as also we are known." That is a Bioblical explanation of consciousness expansion. That is finding out who and what you are. Father, become in us a fountain of forgiveness which we apply to ourselves and to all other beings. As you forgive, so shall you be forgiven. No matter what doctrine you may believe, if unforgiveness remains in your heart, you have retained your own sins. Why? Because clutching and retaining the sins of others is an act of clutching and retaining your own sins. That is because you are not seperate but of One Source. Almighty God. The world you experience through your mind and senses is YOU. All of it. And it is you and no one else that determines what your interpretation of that world is. Therein is the creativity that makes you a co-creator. The creative principle that we are all gradually discovering. So, by retaining unforgiveness you create unforgiveness for yourself. Let go and let God. His/Her/It's ways are infinitely more wise than your highly limited perspective and narrow biases as a human being who is overcoming and becoming One with Christ as Christ is One with our Father. That we may all be One in our conscious awareness and inner understanding. The fruit of that is peace on earth and goodwill toward men. So wonderful and excellent Rainbow. Your post says it all. No one needs to have their faith "validated." Such divisions are just the opposite of Yeshua's teaching from what I glean from the Bible and not only that but what my own life experience tells me. Those who judge others as not having "faith" are looking into a mirror and doubting their own faith. Faith is evidence to you and is personal. It is between you and the Creator of all that is. Let no man judge you. The meddling and judging of other people or trying to validate others as "saved," "unsaved" "damned" "liberal" "conservative" is all absolute nonsense, in my view. Faith is not political in any way and does not conform to the world system of error--both political and religious. And.... it is just this type of silliness that spills the blood of history. As long as folks point their finger in arrogance, brutal insane war will exist and be perpetrated because that is the wave-length, the frequency of brutal conflict-- no matter how benign and pious it may appear on the surface. And, I could care less if someone calls me a "Christian" or not. I have had plenty of fingers pointed at me including much tongue wagging and I say, "So what?" In fact, for many years I would not even call myself a "Christian" because of the common misuse of that label in the erroneous concepts of our dysfunctional civilization which is based upon selfishness. Judging the spiritual state of others may be "religious piety" but it is contrary to the son-of-man. This did not come about from Yeshua's example but from the Roman Totalitarian mind-set that established a man-made religiousity in His name. And... there was something before those doctrines and dogmas became prevalent through destroying all other thought memes that were not politically correct. It is the confusion of religion with genuine spirituality that produces all these religious divisions and ignores Almighty God our Source---Our Father. Not just Yeshua's Father but our Father also. Now are we the sons of God but it does not yet appear what we shall be.... We are overcoming in order to become. Become what? Become "like HIM" in every way. One of the main things we must overcome is false piety and religiousity for it stands in our way worse than depravity and lust. The Prostitutes find the Kingdom of Heaven before the Priests, Clergymen and Professors of Theology. They put on a good show and many are fooled... but not God. So much of Religious Christianity is the very first to crucify Him as he walks among us. And.... in fact He DOES walk among us because he was a seed that fell into the earth and died to produce MANY MANY MANY MANY seeds that are "like Him." The first of "many brethren." And yes, religiousity still crucifies them on a regular basis. Spirituality, on the other hand, recognizes Almighty God as the Prime Source of all. And for the sake of peace on earth and goodwill toward men, it behooves us to become familiar with the Creator and have respect for the Great Creation including Mother Earth and all her creatures. The Holy Spirit is the Great Spirit and all prevailing. It only takes recognition. The Bible can either help you find that.... or.... if read like a New York Times, can equally be a hinderance and source of division upon division upon division--- all pointing the finger with murder in their hearts while feeling piously justified and 'saved." Jesus wept. I see our Father in each and every one of you and even in the worst satanic heretic and atheistic materialist on this forum. It is a matter of our conscious awareness of who and what we are and of knowing the Creator who made all--- both the dark and the light. We choose and no one can choose for us but when you actually SEE the son-of-man practically, then all else fades away. What you see in religion is division after division. What you see in your heart when you seek with all your mind, heart and soul is the Source of all. You see beyond your limited identity. So, as for me, I have choosen to set my eye upon the direction where Almighty God is found and that is my journey. Once the heart is opened, it embraces all and peace on earth and goodwill toward men becomes a reality, not a slogan. Peace begins at home not "out there" somewhere. Christ is not "over here" or "over there." or "way over there." or "up there" or "far away in heavenly fairy-land looking down." Christ is in you the hope of glory and is right here and now. Why? Because Christ and the Father are ONE. Christ is just the practical expression of the Almighty Invisible God. God made visible. The Great Mystery demystified. Rev. Raz, A pretty good outward explanation of Shamanism. Thanks. Great pictures too. However, some important points as to the nature of Shamanism were neglected. The following is my own point-of[view about it developed from my own experiences and life journey. Have you ever read the book "Breaking Open the Head?" There is an incident described in that book which is also confirmed to me by two bio-physicists that did field work in SA concerning Shamanism. Western scientists saw and recorded a SA Shaman come back from his astral journey with an unknown medicinal plant materialized in his hand. The new Life Physics is in the process of discovering how this works and why it works. Materializations can take place under certain conditions. 1) the Shaman has the greatest good of the tribe as his vector intention. 2) he is in the proper psycho-physiological state, 3) he is highly experienced in interfacing with various species. For the benefit of the tribe, he can "remote view" a plant or animal, interface with it and come back with specific knowledge about it. The Shaman's say, "the plant told me." Yes. The information fields that surround all things carry information that can become communicable to a biotuner who is interfacing with the energetic dance of life. Such materialization takes place from what they call the template of all things and is extant between the EM and Scalar fields. It is called the Light Encoded Reality Matrix. (LERM) Of course, this ability of advanced Shamans is for the purpose of protecting, healing and prospering his/her tribe and such intent is essential to the process. A very strong emotional component drives the process. It is a heart matter. An overall vision drives the work. Of course the Military/Industrial Complex would like to weaponize it and, indeed, have already created "psychic" soldiers to kill and destroy designated "enemies. However, that requires the complete mind-control of another being and the unnaturalness of this is counterproductive. The one who is mind-controlled eventually has severe problems. And the ones doing the mind-control even have worse problems because their intent to control backfires on them. Such a rebounding is the way the Universe works. Seeing an unknown medicinal plant materialize, of course, greatly stretched the belief system of the western scientists who observed it, but at the same time opened new vistas to them about what is possible. Vistas not covered in the present materialist/realist paradigm which has become known as the "Standard Model" of our present science. Since they do not understand how the Universe works, they would call this "supernatural magic." It isn't. This "lerming" of physical or living objects completely undoes our traditional concepts of "reality." However, among Shamans and indigenous cultures, this view and experience of reality is accepted, even if not understood. The Shamans understand it but could not give a precise outline of how or why it works. They use traditions such as drumming, chanting, ayuhausca, meditation etc. They only need to know that it works. But now, scientists are finding out the "why" and "how" of it. There is actually nothing "supernatural" about it and every human being on earth has the capacity already built into their human bioform. Only, in the Shamans these abilities are unfolded and become conscious rather than subconscious. My wife SingingWolf is a Shaman. Among other things, I once saw her divert the intense energies from a Hurricane into a man with terminal cancer who was completely set free of cancer and healed. This was a man whom she didn't even know but was so moved by his plight (he was also faciing homelessness) that her compassion simply could not allow it to be. This was confirmed by the doctors after he went back to them and they were amazed that he was healed and all cancer was gone. He never even met SingingWolf. Has no idea who she is. She never met him, only heard of his extreme plight. She interfaced with him in her journey and understood what to do spontaneously. No specific training in this whatsoever. However, she had already been journeying for a long time. All her life in fact. I once was praying for a girl whom I knew in the emergency room. She had tried to commit suicide by swallowing draino. Her entire esophagus and stomach was burned. She could not speak and had huge blisters all over her swollen mouth. The doctors expected her to die. I suddenly and unexpectedly found myself inside her body addressing her cells. I had just read a scripture from Issaiah and strongly told her cells, "CELLS, OBEY THE WORD OF GOD." They did. Next day she was on the road to recovery. Form doesn't matter. Only intent and psycho-psychological preparation. The emotional and intentional focus can even over-ride any need for preparation as it did this one time in my case. That specific type of thing has never occurred again in my own experience. Does this happen all the time? No certainly not. But, yes, it does happen and we are beginning to learn the reasons why. The basic keys are: 1) strong vectored intention, 2) powerful emotional interface and 3) personal compassion. This allows an energetic "vacuum sink" in each of our several trillion bodily cells. A "vacuum sink," as they call it, is a tapping into the Universal Energy Field of infinite energy and intelligence. This is very strongly interfacing with the Universal Energy/Intelligence Field. Our bodies do this all the time anyway, in a less intense manner. It is your life energy. The Orgone as Wilhelm Reich called it. The Quantum-Kenetic Field as one scientist calls it. Radiant energy as Nicola Tesla called it. There are thousands of names for it. It exists in the Time-Domain and enters the EM spectrum via the Scalar Standing waves. Yes, the chant and drumming is a good way to produce this proper psycho-physiological state because it boosts up the energy in the bodily cells. It has long been known and practiced that SOUND vibrations produce extreme energy. Think of the very low Tibetan chants. However, without a heart for the highest good of the tribe, it can be destructive and even kill. Shamans who "put a curse" on people are actually cursing themselves and through terrible and bitter experiences finally learn that fact by direct experience, if they don't kill themselves first. You get whatever you put out. Likewise, those who use this ability to heal, also heal themselves. So, let us be sure that our core intention is of an evolutionary nature before tapping into this power--which is the Universal Energy/Intelligence Field, the very Matrix of Creation. Let us be humbled by the vastness of this infinite energy field in which we live, move and have our being. "Ego" is not "bad" but cannot be in the drivers seat in this holy endeavor. This Universal Power requires a surrender of ego because it is much bigger than any ego, which only restricts it. Also, there is a considerable amount of heart valor required to enter realms and worlds not usually in our restricted frames of reference. The purpose of the ancient initiation was not simply to "break through." One can simply do that by injesting Ayuhausca or LSD. The purpose of the initiation was to breaktrhough with a non-destructive and healing intention. The initiation weeded out those with selfish purposes by offering tasks so difficult that one could only do them through spontaneous interface with the Universal Matrix. Selfish ego would get you killed in the original ancient initiation and the aspirant knew that before going in. Yes, many did die. The ancient Egyptian initiation became polluted by religious priestcraft later on as did all the earth's religions. Politics entered in and spirituality fled. That's why today in many cultures the term "occult" (meaning "hidden") is associated with evil. But "evil" is only "life" spelled backwards. Same energy, different intentions. There is a very severe price to pay for attempting to destroy anything of Creation, including "evil." "Evil" is not to be destroyed. It is absolutely necessary in a dualistic Creation in which we exist. However, one must learn to choose between the destructive path and the evolutionary path of life. However, experiments will take place, although fingers get burnt. The "Evil" is a restrictive chrysalis which strengthens the butterfly to finally emerge and "evil" is a catalyst for evolutionary transformation (upward evolutionary change) to occur. The bondage, restriction, fear and suffering of evil produces slavery but the slave's intensity to be free is increased. His/her vector intention becomes more focused on liberation and how to achieve it. All things work together in the great conspiracy of life which is built into the most subtle sub quantum realm up to the singularity beyond the thought boundary which is the unknowable Creator-- First Source. So, can "God" be known? Only through the perfect and most communicative expression of the intention of the Great Creation which is Christ/Buddah (the annointing) in you the hope of glory.
