My heart was instantly lifted, seeing my new ULC family had sent me a bright golden flower and words of welcome. My sense of loneliness vanished, at a time of lockdown & enforced self-isolation, when living alone, hugs are almost “illegal”! You embraced me in a virtual hug. Bringing happy tears to my eyes, and for that I am eternally grateful. God bless
