Dear Lord, I would like to thank you for the wonderful things that have happened to me lately.
First off, for the enlightenment I have received which allowed me to see the road I wish to take in my life. Before, I used to think of my future as something vague and consistent. I had dreams, but they barely took shape. Now, I have plans and goals. They inspire me every day. Thank you.
I would also like to thank you for making my focaccia a success. I’m really happy!! I can’t wait to go back to my hometown and give everyone in my family a focaccia bread.
There’s also the success of my brownies!! Thank you, God!! I have more gifts to bring the next time I come home.
I’m also grateful that I’m no longer the only one who wishes to turn things around in my life. It’s sort of discouraging when you’re the only one trying to improve while everyone around you tells you things are fine the way they are. This meant a lot to me.
I would also like to say thanks for the lessons I’ve learned in church, and for the enlightenment I’ve received in my self-studies. Thank you so much, God!!!
Also, for the fact that my family and I remain safe amidst the chaos going on around the world. And that I am allowed to continue living such a peaceful life with everyone I love. Thank you.
I suppose my only wish now is to repair my relationship with my biological dad, though, I suppose it’ll be difficult with the current state of the economy. I fear he’ll think I’m approaching him because I wish to ask him for money. At the same time, I understand that he avoids me for the same reason. I suppose the both of us are alike in this manner. It makes things less depressing when I think of it that way. Though, I wonder if I’m just in denial haha
Even so, I am forever grateful for everything. Thank you, God!
