Normally you will receive an email notification within several business days to let you know the status of your order.

Tracking information is available if you selected tracking options for your order at checkout. Ground Tracking, Value Tracking, Preferred Tracking and Priority Mail are options that generate tracking information for our parcels. Some international orders have a tracking option as a default.

Many orders are sent via First Class Mail which is standard delivery and do not have tracking information.

Please check your email spam/junk folder if you have not received shipping notification or information about your order status within 10 business days.
