Ordained ULC ministers are authorized and encouraged to ordain others. In fact, it is one of the most important of the rites and duties you can perform as a minister. The ordination “ceremony” itself, if any, is entirely up to you. There doesn’t have to be one at all, or you can have it as formal as you like.
