In hopes I can learn from my mistakes

I forged a document at work, to try to get a personal loan. I am drowning in debt and had an opportunity to get out. But the information needed for my employment was not accurate. So I made it up. I cant tell you how I thought it would work, or why I thought it would be ok. I signed a fellow co workers name. I’ve never ever met her… now I am under investigation for misconduct, and will most certainly be fired from my job this week. I am so low. I am so ashamed of my self. I am so embarrassed. I pray that I get a second chance, this is my dream job and I risked it all over a chance to have lower monthly costs?! I deserve to be fired, I know that. But I would do anything to keep my job and excel at proving to my employer that I am not that person.
