I am incredibly grateful to be pain free for the first time in 20 years. I had a knee replacement 2 years ago after suffering for many years using pain as a teacher. Then 6 week ago I had a hip replacement. For the past three days I have been pain free. It is a miracle to have the prosthetic s we have and the ease with which the healing occurs. I am proud to have stayed committed to becoming and believing I could be pain free. I have felt the power, grace and LOVE flowing throughout this journey. Now I send more and more love.
