How do I track my order?

Tracking information is available for your order if you selected tracking as an option at checkout. Your order receipt will say Value Tracking, Ground Tracking, Preferred Tracking or Priority Mail if a tracking option was selected. First Class Mail is standard delivery which does not generate a tracking number for you to monitor the shipment.

If your shipment includes tracking information, you will be able to check with the shipper using Tracking Number provided to you by entering it into your web browser or the shipping provider’s website. (USPS.com for example.)

Without tracking information, expect delivery in the continental U.S. under normal conditions within 10 business days from the day you receive a notification that your package has shipped. Delivery is often much sooner.

Delays can occur. When extreme weather and travel conditions (fires, flood, tornado, hurricane, etc.) are present near major hubs and sorting centers, delivery times may fall behind.

Please check the spam/junk folder of your email account that may have been sent to notify you of shipping delays.

Items shipped by First Class Mail or shipped outside the USA may not have tracking information available.
