absolutely. the only requirement is that you be over 18. (that's usually a state law). You do NOT have to be 18 to be ordained, but to perform marriages, yes.

so called the car shop for my car, to see where we were at. 2 more weeks, and so far $7577 in damage.

hail damage. it's an 09 chevy cobalt. They have to replace most of the panels and the roof and hood and truck.
Should look brand new when they're done with it!
Insurance is covering it all, of course...

UTL.net doesn't have a chapel. We are a bookstore for the main site. If you wanted to attend services at ULCHQ, that's in Modesto. their website is http://ulchq.com
