I spoke via e-mail with Jessie tonight, and here is the text in its entirety that we both wrote to each other that I want to pass along to all of you. My email to Jessie..."It's been awhile since I last asked you how you and Catherine are holding up so far about Catherine's friend. When you can, there's no hurry; let me know how everything is going in your world and Catherine's world as well. My continued love, prayers, respect and support as well as my fellow clergy, are with you both."And her response to my e-mail..."Catherine is doing a lot better now. i'm sure the pain will always be with her but she is getting a lot better and moving on now. aside from the usual everyday struggles she goes thru she's doing good as far as that goes."So, as you can clearly see folks, the Lord does indeed work in mysterious ways and never fails to be present when we need him the most!
