  8. Here is something I have been working on. Please let me know what you think. One Of Them The towns Folk start to panic. They sense the sounds of our arrival. They see our bright colors, and hear our music and laughter off in the distance. Bring in your foolish old Ladies, hide the children. Nail down anything that moves! They call us the "Autum People", Gypsies", "Freaks"' and many other names. We are known as the "Traveling People". We come and go with the wind and shadows. Here one minute, gone the next, without a trace. Why do they fear us so? What about our eyes that dance with merryment, our songs that are sad or sing of life scares them so? Is it that we come and go as we please? As I walk Downtown, I hear a Woman say to her friend, behind a hand. "Don't look at her, She's one of them." "I hear they steal and eat babies, dance naked in the moonlight, and sleep with the Devil." I hold my head up high, and walk without fear. I know why the caged bird sings. They live in darkness and never see the light. Life has left them. They have forgotten the sun. The dance no longer sings to them. I feel the rythem of the dance, I know the sound of life. To live, to love, to feel passion in all things. I am free. I am "One Of Them." This is dedicated to all of the Rennies and Faire Folk out there. And to all "of Them." May the light never leave your eyes. May the music always play for you. May you live, love and laugh with passion! Bright Blessings, Flower

  14. Freewill The child of the Devine sat in a corner crying. The Devine said to the child. Why do you cry? The child looked up with tears and anger in his eyes. You are the Devine, the all powerful one. Yes I am said the Devine. But why do you cry? Why the anger? Do you not see the world around you Oh Great Devine? The pain and suffering you allow. The hatered and fear that abounds? Why are you so blind? The child said. You are my child, said the Devine. All who you see in pain and suffering are my children. As my child. Why do you allow? The Devine is within all of you. I gave you freewill. To stand up to the bullies, to fight the wrongs. The choice is yours my child. So why do you cry? The child of the Devine stood, with anger in his eyes. You are the Great Devine! He shouted. It is yours to fix. You created this mess. Now you clean it up!! The Devine gently said. Yes I am the Devine, I created you. This mess I did not make. The Children of the Devine did make it. Now some responsibility they must take. Freewill I did give you. The right is yours. To use it , for good or for bad. The life you live, is yours to live. I am in you, you are in me. Find the connection to eachother. Live to be free. Thus said the Devine, wipping away the tears. 15. Ummm, is your former Mother-in-Law a Dragon? Or a Creature of the Night? Flower
  16. Listen children. Gather round, the olde Sage said. To a story of long ago and far away. There once was a land of shadow and mist. A place of Magic's Dark Mystery. From out of time and mist, came a creature untamed. Flashing golden eyes, and tail of scales. A Dragon the color of scarlet From wence did the frightful creature come? Some said out of the stars. Others say from the Earth's core. The olde Mages knew differently. They knew from wence this creature came. For those who would listen and learn. Tales of Magic's Dark Mystery would be told. The place from wence I came. The dragon said is Shadow Land. From out of mist and time I come. To give a glimps of what is yet to be. Shadow Land the place you fear. The Unknown place. Only the darkness you see. One amongst you will brave my land. To see Magic's Dark Mystery. Upon his return, the Veil shall be lifetd. Shadow Land with true eyes you shall see. The secret once more to be told. Listen children of this long ago tale, the olde Sage said. The Dragon of scarlet no longer roams. But the legends of olde tell us soon, The one who passed into Shadow Land, shall return. The Veil to be lifted, The lessons to be learned. My children find peace within your selves, the olde sage said. Written by Flower 7/27/07

Your heart melts With silken pleasure My words to you Both sweet and tender Dance upon the Heavenly treasure.
