I was hoping it wasn't going to go this direction...but I must agree...Hurley is GREAT!

I have to say I quite enjoy watching the movie 'Bedazzled' - not the original, but the remake with Brendan Fraser and Elizabeth Hurley. What I get a real chuckle out of is all the hidden (and sometimes blatant) God and Devil references. The twist at the end is also good. Any comments?

I once had an e-mail address. It was fun to have until a whole lot of others got it. Then some people sent nasty letters (e-mails) to me. Then it quit being fun. My e-mail address at the time was MurphIsGod-at-theotherulc.net.

I forgot about 'The Way' which is the version my wife uses. What I've read from there I liked. It has a nice 'storybook' flow to it.

Which version of the Bible do you like most, and why? I have a number of different translations - both in hardcopy and taken from MacSword online - and I lean towards NIV (hard copy) and Jubilee 2000 (on my laptop) versions. I have copies of the NKJV, but use them for cross-referencing at times. Which is(are) your favourite(s)?

I'm actually part way through a soft cover titled "The 12 Amazing Truths About Heaven" or something like that. It's one of those books that gets you all jazzed about Heaven when you feel kinda blue. I like it.

I'm still working on "The 12th Planet" by Zacaria Sitchan. I've been reading it off and on for at least 2 years. I'm not normally this slow with a 500-page paperback, but this one has caused me to read a number of pages, then put it down to ponder. I'm quite enjoying his research and findings related to the summarians and evidence pointing to our solar system not being the solar system of hundreds of years ago. Also the evidence pointing to supernatural beings and very early space travel. Well worth the read!
