My Personal Page

I am Rev Howard, Bishop in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas. I perform the seven sacramental observances. Baptism, Eucharist, Confirmation, Holy Matrimony, Holy Orders, Pentance, and Unction.  I am looking to organize a local ULC congregation. I would also be happy to share my experience, training, and teach what I know to other ministers and minister students. I have the apostolic succession.
