(.pdf) Yukon (.pdf) Saskatchewan (.pdf) Note to those wanting to solemnize marriages in Canada: As of this edit, the ULC is not a recognized denomination in any province in Canada. As a workaround you might consider being appointed as a Marriage Commissioner by the local government in your area.
