Neighbour's Question

Okay, I'm feeling a little uneasy about my neighbour's request. He(being ordained by the ULC) asked me if I could use his name to order a Ministry Package, not for himself but for his friend who isn't ordained.

I would love to do this for him but the whole thing makes me feel uneasy. He said he's known this guy for 30+ years and can trust him.

However, I don't know if it would be right to print out an order form so they can get him the ministry package when instead we could probably get him an information packet about the ULC.

What are the rules that apply to this kind of situation?
