We ourselves are Legal for all the spiritual parts of a ministers work! BUT due to the CoE being once so closely tied to the government ! and lack of separation of church+state !We CAN NOT Do the Registry (boring signing part) Of A Wedding BUT ALL ELSE WE CAN DO!
