  1. I fed up with my 2 lazy adult children leaving me to do everything in the house. I worked all week driving house to house in the ice and snow. I get a weekend off and I end up working in the house. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR I told them how I feel. Son gone out and daughter stayed in her room GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR Thing is, now I feel angry at myself for being angry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have loads of patience with those who need it. I am actually thinking of packing my things and leaving them to it. Please help me to calm my mind...
  2. Worry may be a symptom of a bigger problem. Sometimes it's a lack of gratitude for the way God has cared for you in the past. Or perhaps it's a lack of faith that God really a trustworthy . Or maybe a refusal to depend on God instead of our selves. Dont let worries hold us back from what our creator may be trying to teach us. He only wants to invite us to bring our anxious thoughts directly to Him.
  3. oh.. it seems that his co worker did a very grievous act that your friend will never forget in his whole life...well i suggest that please keep on reminding him that " A man who can understand has a calm spirit". A mature person exhibits understanding by keeping cool in conflict. Problem-solving is enhanced by an even tempered approach. Tell him that the next time he become angry, stop and prayerfully reflect for a moment. Ask God that he believed for a calm spirit and the right words to say.
