  1. A while back there was being offered a service that you could have a user-at-ulcmail.net email address.

If enough members are still interested in this I can make it happen almost instantly. Although this time it would be entirely free! A little different methodology than before, but still quite workable.

Edited: It's working. Just go to the site above and complete the registration process.

NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 100 POSTS TO BE ELIGIBLE. LOSS OF FORUM PRIVILEDGES RESULTS IN LOSS OF SERVICE!

  2. All members are requested to read the following suggestions prior to posting questions or answers in the Leqal Questions forum. These simple suggestions, if followed, will eliminate any unnecessary posts and assist me in housekeeping chores.

    Thanks for your assistance.

Before posting a question have you searched for your answer in all the FAQ's in this section?

Before posting a specific answer be sure you are replying with an answer specific to the jurisdiction applicable to the question. Otherwise, keep your answers general.

    Supply references when able.

Remember, no one on this forum is authorized to give legal advice. Use the information provided on this forum as a very basic guide to further information. The only legal advice you should rely upon is that which is obtained from a legal professional, and then only within the jurisdiction applicable.

  3. Canada

Each Province in Canada has it's own marriage laws. As they are found I will add them here.

    Ontario Marriage Laws

    Alberta Marriage Laws

    Newfoundland

    British Columbia

    New Brunswick

    Prince Edward Island (.pdf)

    Nova Scotia

    Manitoba (.pdf)

    Northwest Ter. (.pdf)

    Yukon (.pdf)

    Saskatchewan (.pdf)

Note to those wanting to solemnize marriages in Canada: As of this edit, the ULC is not a recognized denomination in any province in Canada. As a workaround you might consider being appointed as a Marriage Commissioner by the local government in your area.
