Glow

Taken aback by the weightlessness of body,

I feel a keen disorientation while I slow,

I feel peace for the first time ever,

I feel tranquility as I notice a glow eminating from myself.

With my mortal body no longer keeping me weighted down,

I freelly go in which ever direction I wish,

usually upward.

I enjoy the cool wind on my face as I near the atmosphere.

At a distance emerges other lights like myself.

As I cautiously move closer,

I can see their faces.

Faces of all the ones I've loved and lost,

although we are now one with the Light,

in the Light,

and a part of the Light.
