Reverend Daniel Posted November 1, 2008 Report Share Posted November 1, 2008 The Vision (poem inspired after reading a Flavius Josephus writing) Category: Writing and Poetry A vision of a God of one people,At last realized by the entirety of the whole world.All has been sacrificed,For the faith reborn.A vision rebuking the evil of ignorance,Exposing the Truth at last,To the foreign, to the domestic,To all.A vision that washes clean the rust,That has kept the soul from shining,From true sight.From true light.This is the vision that Christ died for,The vision I carry within my heart,The standard of my soul.
