The only version I have seen is in French, with English subtitles. This film played at the Coconut Grove Cinema for about a year. It is actually quite a lot better than the American version with Robin Williams and Nathan Lane. I watched Primal Fear again just the other night - Edward Norton is awesome.

The Birdcage is "OK," but you really should see the original, "La Cage Aux Folles." I forgot The Broken Hearts Club - I have that film...the newbie twink is so hot and a great actor. I think all the guys in that film are stage actors from NYC. John Mahoney was in "Say Anything" with John Cusack and of course his big role was in Frasier (TV).

I bought some new martini glasses, and they are really s**y. No, you can't. Good thing the past tense of wink is winked.

There are several features on the board these days that don't work at all for me, and I presume it's because I have a Macintosh running OS 9.1.

I saw that before you changed it but I didn't want to comment for fear of getting bashed. VERY FUNNY

OK, I was dense. I have three copies of Rocky Horror. I will acquire the other film ASAP. BTW, I use imdb.com several times a day, nearly every day. It's THE site for film geeks. For my movie sales on eBay I depend on amazon.com and eBay for prices, and on imdb.com for info. Also, I left another great gay-themed film off my list: Velvet Goldmine with Christian Bale.

The film maven has been bested. I am unfamiliar with those films. What does RHPS stand for? What kind of movie is Hedwig and the Angry Inch?

The ancient Roman holiday of Saturnalia began on this date, but I don't know when it ends...possibly on December 25, as this is the holiday that was co-opted by the Christian religion to become Christmas.
