Hello Everyone, I know this question has been asked a million times but here it is again. I have been ordained by the ULC since 2001. My neice asked me if I would perform the marriage for her. I have no problem doing the service, but I want to be 100% sure that it is legal. I checked the NJ state laws which seems to show that I can. I contacted the County clerk Burlington County.
