I became ordained on New Year's Eve 2008. I'm not an expert at citing the Bible. I don't have any rituals memorized and can't tell you all the Jewish holidays. What I believe is that God is real and loves us. I believe that there is only ONE TRUE God but that He is interpreted differently by different people. Fundamentally, I believe that the 10 Commandments that were given to the Jews were also given to other religions. They all share the same foundation (basically the 10 commandments) and are good ways to live your life. The rest is mostly sociologically driven rules that are necessary for society, but not necessarily 'God's word'.

I believe that each of us has our own deeply personal relationship with God and that it can't be summarized easily or cut and pasted into some other expectation.
