If you are an autistic author like myself, you should promote your book that you have written by posting it here, whether it be Amazon Kindle, Lulu.COM, or whatever means you had of creating a book. Traditionally published books are highly sought after, as that is a huge accomplishment! Also, if you know of any autistic authors who have gone public or who want the recognition, then you may promote their book here on their behalf. Personally, I went through Lulu.COM to self-publish my second book, which is also available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble and through Ingram.
