my last call to bright house, they ask me how I liked the lower connection I got from them. I got the 1 mb connection. I loved it till then, as soon as I said I liked it, they cut my 1 mb connection by 25% trying to force me to buy the faster connection. So if the 1mb connection can't handle email and browsing then the 65.00 $ connection isn't going to do any better. So they F'd them selves on that one.
