Why isn't it a hate crime to hate women so much, a male would dress and live like another woman to gain their trust and rob them of everything they can and leave them homeless with nothing. Why can't we consider targeting gender to be as bad as targeting race and religion?. Though they don't enforce religious rights laws here, so I doubt they would enforce a gender law.
