Hello everyone! I'm new at this so be patient with me! I'm from San Diego, ca and I was reading about ordination requirements. California doesn't require any registration, but I'm still confused on whether or not ULC is recognized by the County of San Diego? My mom is getting married in November and I want to make sure I have everything lined up to preform a legal marriage. Any input and/or links is greatly appreciated!!
