THE MISUSE, ABUSE & PERVERTED USE OF ENERGY WEAPONS ACOUSTIC WEAPONS TO BLOCK STOP THWART HINDER IMPEDE INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS, COMMUNICATIONS AND THE MISINTERPRETATION & MISDIAGNOSIS OF SUCH IS GROSS RECKLESS NEGLIGENCE AND COULD RESULT IN ACRIMONIOUS LAWSUITS TORTS AND OTHER LEGAL ISSUES….While the military and law enforcement use non-lethal directed-energy and acoustic weapons for crowd control and deterrence, there is no scientific or medical evidence that these devices are used by individuals to block interpersonal relationships. The belief that they are being used for this purpose is a common feature of severe psychological distress or delusional conditions.
