Wisconsin should have an official web site the you can navigate to find the answer to you question. If you live in Wisconsin and have officiated at weddings in Wisconsin and your daughter is going to be married in Wisconsin, then there should be no problems. When in doubt ask the folks who make the rules. The county clerk should also be able to help.

I have attached a pdf of the Wisconsin marriage statutes.

You don't have to register to perform a marriage. Most counties give out instructions to the officiant as to how to fill out the marriage certificate.

Wisconsin has recently changed their forms and now the witnesses have to both sign and print their names. Also some counties don't make the couple sign ahead of time, but they are supposed to sign prior to the ceremony.
