ive been ordained for about 3 years now but after reading some of the stuff on the ulc store, it mentions registering with your state. is registering with the state required???

depends on the state. Minnesota does, and Wisconsin does not, for example, have registry.

Hi

Contrary to popular opinion the United States are not united in what they require.

The easiest way to get the information you want is to call your state representative. You should also check with the clerk of courts where you want to preform weddings. Believe it or not there can be a difference between what is required in different counties in the same state.

Good Luck
