RevTB Posted November 19, 2009 Report Share Posted November 19, 2009 I'd like to both extend my fondest prayers to those infected with swine flu, and to ask others to pray for these people as well. I myself live in a university residence, and am rather close to many people who have been infected. One of the residence floors has been converted into a quarantine floor. The current running "joke" is that those who contract the virus are being "second floored". Nonetheless, H1N1 is nothing to be joking about. As I said before, I'd like to invite anyone to give prayer for these infected people, and to thank the Lord that we have not come ill with the virus. That being said, I'm convinced the trials of this virus are not over. I believe I speak for everyone when I thank all those for their prayers and best wishes.
