Jubilee Declaration September 28, 2009

As you may recall, we have been led to declare a Jubilee on the Day of Atonement, September 28, 2009.

The text that we will be using is taken from our 1996 declaration, though it is a shortened form of it. Here it is:

“Father in heaven, we stand in Thy courts this day to declare that we forgive all those who have trespassed against us. We declare their debts to us to be forgiven and annulled. We proclaim a Jubilee over them. We also stand here before your throne as representatives of all the Overcomers to declare the Jubilee. We blow this trumpet and speak this Word in the earth, declaring our acceptance and absolute approval of Your great Jubilee. We declare our decision to enter the Promised Land and Your Jubilee Rest, even as Caleb and Joshua urged our forefathers to do long ago.

“Father, we also confess to You the sin of our father Adam and ask that You forgive it and free us from the bondage of mortal flesh under which we have labored these past 6,000 years. Let us return to the inheritance that You gave us at the beginning. Restore us to full fellowship with Thee. Grant unto us the dominion over the earth and over all its elements, which You intended for us to have from the beginning.

“Now let the Second Work of Christ begin in the earth. We declare the release of the second goat into the wilderness, who bears in his body all our sins and iniquities into an uninhabited place. We further release the second dove into the field, dipped in the blood of our first Dove, who has died to pay the penalty for all our sins. We declare that this second great work has now begun, by which men may come into life and perfection.

“Father, by the authority vested in us, Your sons, we lay claim to the nations as our inheritance. We lay claim to all territory, wealth, and inhabitants of all these nations. We declare to be null and void all claims by Esau, Babylon, Assyria, Egypt, and all sinful flesh upon the earth. Let all the gold, silver, brass, and iron go into the treasury of El Elyon, the Most High God.

“Thank-you, Father, for hearing our prayer as we register these petitions in the courts of Heaven in the name of Jesus. Amen.”

And if you are led to add anything to this, please be led by the Spirit. The above text is not meant to restrict anyone but to provide some basis of unity in the declaration. Also, if you hear about this after this date, remember: God is not restricted by time.
