Honorable Friend (6/17)

  1. The Eyes of the Dragon Was one of King's stranger works.... A good book, but not his best. I, unfortunately, have had no time to read anything new lately....I think I need to make a trip to Borders!
  2. I have one called The Picture Bible, it's illustrated and set up like a comic book, perfect to get a kid to read it....
  3. I found this a while back, some pretty cool stuff in there. Any place that you can find Thomas DeQuincey's Confessions of an English Opium Eater is ok in my book.
  4. Having never been in a coven (I'm a solitary witch)...I'm not sure.
  5. Pleased to meet you (hope you guess my name).....please don't kill me!
  6. (He says jokingly) I find this mildly insulting....seeing as though I can trace direct lineage to Rebecca Nurse (nee Towns), she was my Great-Great-Great-Great-Great-Great-Great-Great-Great-Great-Great-Grandmother. Funny thing is....she wasn't a Witch, and I am Edited to include: Before you ask me who she is, get a copy of The Crucible
  7. Buy, Oy in the DT series was meant to be somewhat human, if memory serves (and it does occasionally, through the bong resin)
  8. Dr. Albert Hofmann derived Lysergic Acid Diethylamide-25 from ergot.
  9. It's difficult to even speculate the authors of such ancient texts.... I just wonder what the guy who wrote Revelations was on, and where I can score some!
  10. MTV had a quincinera episode of "My Super Sweet 16" (GOSH! The things my wife makes me watch).... If you want to see an exercise in excess, check out the episode...
  11. What rituals are you looking for, specifically? The internet is a great source. also, I have a ton of stuff on .PDF, I can email you.
  12. I think we already are communicating again. The internet forum may be the answer. http://www.ulctribal.com/forum/ Have you seen this yet, Isaac? Maybe a new Pagan forum is a way of beginning this. Maybe we can use the old in a new way. Talk to OHCowgirl and see what she has to say about it.
  13. To Be effective, ANY governing body for the wiccan/pagan/polytheists of the world would have to be so open to ideas, that it would almost self destruct. Speaking for myself, the reason why I chose a solitary path was to avoid outside influence. I would, however, love to see some kind of advisory board/committee that would help those of us interested in hospital/police/fire chaplain services.
