Reading Dr. Bruce Lipton--The Biology of Belief--activating my DNA, entering austerity, overcoming my unforgiveness, playing music on my ceramic turtle, keeping a beat on my dumbec, praying for my friends in Japan, healing the waters----preparing to receive refugees. And most of all, constantly reminding myself to continually give thanks and not complain. And you?
