Marriage License From One State But Get Married In Another State

Hi there I would say no. Marriage licenses require you to get married in the state they are issued. Some even require the couple to get married in the county that issued the license. Each state also has its own requirements for a couple getting married, such as if the couple needs to have blood drawn and a lab to test it. but in general there are rules for each country, which are stipulated in the existing law of the country:take -
